I guess you're right. But I'm pretty sure Ed had no intentions of pursuing the 'thing' they had between him and Jade further once he got to hit it and that's not gentlemanly behaviour.

But maybe that's what had to happen for it to finally dawn on Jade that that was all Ed was interested in her for and move on; a quick disposable shag and nothing more.
 
I would be stoked if Jade got a gig on the Footy Show. I was thinking last week that something might be on given she was backstage for the show.

They used to have a segment called Lady Luck, where the girl hosting the segment placed bets on the footy with the proceeds going to the Childrens Hospital. She also did quirky fun interviews with footy players. The catch phrase was "and remember Lady Luck is on your side"

The original Lady Luck was Natalie Gruzlewski, she of course went on to become quite a star at CH 9, but The Footy Show is where she started, Since then Lady Luck has been Laren Eagle, and a few others whose names I have sadly forgotten.

Fingers crossed Jade may get something like that.
 
^ if she said she's getting the Channel 9 polo then I think she's doing more behind the scenes work for the moment (that's not to say she won't get in front of the camera at some stage).

Still though, as a league girl myself I'd imagine even just working behind the scenes would be fun for her given the people she'd get to meet.
