It's JMo (Jonathon Moran) from Sydney Confidential! Don't like him as much as good old Ros though.

Also, although her review was posted I don't think anybody (that I saw) pointed out that she said what she was eating and likely feeding into Drew's face was zucchini flower and ricotta gnocchi. I found a picture of what it would likely look like, with some added stuff to it:

Yeah he is the one who was yanking Tim's chain. But considering he lambasts bloggers for being at events and getting paid to promote products - I don't think he would take too kindly to Tully and her paid instagrams either. But anyway his Tim hating ways is not the reason I chose him for my avatar.
