Make sure you get the herb, rather than the ground stuff (which is one of the main ingredients of any curry). The leaves and roots are tangy and lemony. I obviously am not a coriander hater.

Ok, not sure whats more suitable for me, was thinking it would be a powder I could just sprinkle on food?

What do you eat it with by the way?

To me the leaves are the worst.
They don't taste lemony, they taste off haha

No definitely not! On the other hand, at least 50% of Asian food requires you to add leaves towards the end of cooking. I bet you eat it a lot if you like Thai or Moroccan food.

I bet you like broccoli don't you?

I can eat it, but if you overcook it it smells like a fart.
I like broccolini though, if it's still a bit crunchy.
I take it you don't like broccoli? lol
You could probably name 20 things and we both would like all of them though lol

HAHA couldn't have said it better myself. I can only eat Brocolli (and Cauli!) Raw. For this exact reason. My friends/bf/family say I'm insane... Pffft.

haha I totally agree with you! If you're insane then we both are. And besides, raw is better for you (apparently?)
I also can't eat cooked carrot but I love raw carrot.

So sorry to interrupt your food discussions but several more people have tweeted about Drew and Tully being at Dance/Blitz Nightclub tonight and apparently Jasmin and Caleb might be there as well.

I LOVE broccoli. It's yummy, just don't overcook it. I love carrots too, but have only recently started to like them raw, now I just devour them.

Coriander as a spice is okay, but they dry and grind the seeds, not the herb. The herb is just vile, foul, gross, and any other synonym for completely and utterly vomit inducing.

Oh! I hope they are going out tonight, yesterday evening was dead, and today. I guess Tully and Drew were driving back from Sale, but even the others have been pretty silent.

Pretty much any vegetable is delicious roasted in the oven with a little bit of olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic if desired. Except for cauliflower. There's nothing to be done about cauliflower.

Ed posted the photo as well but his one is a lot clearer, wonder what he uses? different photo app?

I'd say that Ed has a better phone camera than Tully. Pretty sure she has an iPhone, it wouldn't take much to beat that out on the camera front, especially if he has a recent samsung of any kind.

Tully uses Afterlight to edit her photos, it's a good app, I use it too. Worth the .99$

I used to agree, but I love it now. The only vegetable there can be nothing done about in my book is Celery. It's debatable as to if it's even a legitimate foodstuff. I'm pretty picky about my capsicum too, hate it raw, love it cooked in some things, can't stand it in others.

haha sorry we got a bit off-topic.

Oh, celery. I didn't even mention celery because I prefer to pretend it doesn't exist. I agree--it's pretty questionable that it was ever meant to be eaten.

These clowns better do something fun tonight for us to talk about. We're on vegetables, people. Vegetables.

I agree totally. Broccolini is so much better. If you put lemon juice on broccoli it stops the taste and masks the smell :)

Oh my gosh you're in my head! Totally on board with the capsicum aversion (unless it's disguised in a sauce). I pick it out of stir-frys and have only in the last year stopped picking it off pizza lol
