Do we even want to know what gem he has in store for us there? Is it another picture of him in pyjamas, or some random record cover of a band no one has listened to for 30 years?

Just heard something about Air Supply being inducted into the Hall of Fame? Maybe he'll be down for that, although they do rock pretty hard.
 
Lots of brocoli in your diet is good for your abs!

It's the texture yeah? Celery doesn't taste enough like anything to be offensive does it??

They smell like old socks!

1. I never knew broccoli was good for your abs. I must eat more of it, my riding instructors make me do heaps of ab work.

2. It may be the texture if I could get past the smell. Everything about celery is horrific. The smell and the taste, to me it is a very overpowering flavour and I hate it. The smell makes me queasy, hence the reason it has been banned from our house. I actually like crisp foods, so if it truly tasted like nothing I would be more likely to enjoy it, alas, it's gross.

3. Brussels are awesome, no socks there.

Urgh, How did I guess that one? I'm not even going to bother looking. That man really just...I don't even know what to say any more.
 
yeah bechamel makes everything better.

brussell sprouts are like little baby cabbages. I like to boil them first till they are softish then throw them in a pan with olive oil and cook the bejesus out of them so the outside leaves get all burnt and crunchy and are falling off into the pan, then add sea salt and lemon just before serving. The crunchy burnt bits are to die for. I can't remember if i sometimes add a bit of garlic too but i'm sure it wouldn't hurt.
This sounds do-able and my old friend lemon juice masks the smell!
 
Ok I have to be honest I actually loathe vegetables and generally avoid them at all costs, but I am strangely enjoying this turn of conversation. I think I am just amused by the group of women teaching Miiiiike about cooking.

This sounds do-able and my old friend lemon juice masks the smell!

lemon juice is the biz, and healthy! heres a tip, add some lemon juice to your white sauce (i don't put cheese in my white sauce but lots of salt) and pour over fish or even veges. Yum fucking O

Maybe?Ithink it depends how garlic is cooked/used in a dish that makes the difference.

No I like garlic. I am a pretty fussy eater, so garlic disguises most of the other disgusting flavours of food.

I love garlic, and it can be used to hide other icky flavours. Can you imagine even trying to have a dinner party for the both of us? Haha. Nightmare.

Garlic is, no lie, one of my favourite things about life.

Well, that is pretty depressing. I am on my own (I don't want to count dracula) Oh dear. Guess I shouldn't expect dinner invitations from any of you any time soon.

That sounds fantastic. Cooking with citrus (and ginger and coriander) are my favourite ways to go.

I don't know what it does but I think Brocoli must absorb well or something, if you want defined abs it's one of the things you're supposed to eat (chicken breast and brown rice), I was eating heaps of it and started noticing a difference.
Well, that is pretty depressing. I am on my own (I don't want to count dracula) Oh dear. Guess I shouldn't expect dinner invitations from any of you any time soon.
That being said there's no way you have garlic on a first date!

I love vegetables for the most part, although I am super picky about them, as I am with all food. I learnt to love them though, never used to. I love fruit too. When I'm being really bad I pretty much live on steamed veggies, fruit and cornflakes, clearly not mixed together.

Chicken breast, brown rice and steamed broccoli is a staple meal for me. This is getting better. Now I just have to do all my ab exercises and actually be bothered to cook it!

Please do. Although I am pretty content to just not eat vegetables, I suppose one day I should incorporate into my diet.

I actually live with a vegan and I don't think you could find two people with more contrasting eating habits.

I'm afraid I couldn't live on just that - I need meat as well lol
