Jade 2013 Appreciation thread

Yes, but while i was living in London I had a friend who used to watch cricket. In Spain it´s not really popular.

BTW: Jade´s manager has commented on Ed´s pic.

Oh my god, that is amazing... @edjlower awesome photo Superman haha

Ah, I didn't think it would be big in Spain. It's either something you love or hate, I think

That is a beautifully atmospheric photo

I used to love tennis and used to go to the Australian Open every year and followed it all year round. I loved the old players, Agassi, Chang, Seles, Hingis and co. (that era), now I'm not too keen on, I prefer cricket. Weird cause I used to also think cricket was boring, didn't know anything about it until about 10 years ago.
Golf I still find boring.

Ohh, I loved Agassi!! and Hingis!! But I think nowadays we have probably the best tennis player in history. Nadal, he´s such a genius.

I was raised watching tennis on TV (my mother's family were all players), but the only real matches I've actually made it to were the 3 days of Davis Cup against Great Britain in Sydney in 2003.

I want to visit Ballina now. That place should get Jade to do a tourism campaign ad for them.

I like Ballina for relaxing family holiday. Not touristy like GC or Byron. Probably not for if you like a hot nightlife or anything, it's pretty quiet.

He's not bad ;) Actually it's such a shame about his knee - he is a great player, I love his humility (and I wasn't a fan when he first was on the scene - couldn't cope with those log shorts lol) but as he has matured and developed I have really come to enjoy him and his game. He and Djokovic would be my two favourite male players

I was absolutely obsessed with tennis growing up . I played 4 times a week last years of school, would have loved to be professional but wasn't good enough Iol . Now I don't even watch it very much.
Test cricket though I just can't get into lol

I admire his mental toughness .He never gives up.

So ends the most ludicrous onesided fauxmance in the worldwide history of reality tv. Anyone thinking that Ed was ever romantically interested in Jade was obviously not paying attention to the multitude of signals that he gave off right from the start of her encroachment on his personal space.

Although I presume this thread is mainly populated by middle aged women who should know better I can tell you as a male that throwing yourself at someone and making yourself easy prey the way Jade did is a recipe for relationship disaster.

Men don't like it but will take what they can get out of you and then toss you in the toilet along with their used bumwad and move on to someone who presents a better and more challenging option. We want a challenge...not a walkover. The only reason there was any reason to hope for any success was that he was almost as boring as she was so they had that in common.

Ed could have used Jade for a couple of months before dumping her out of the public eye but at least he finished it off quickly and mercifully so Jade can feel free go back to her bartending job in Bellina. Thinking there is any hope in the future for these two as a couple is beyond laughable and anyone who believes that is totally insane. He was not into her, is not into her and never will be into her. period.

Now I will retreat and batter the hatches as a furious gaggle of Jade obsessed crows descend on me and pick my eyes out.

How embarrassing is it to be you right now! I love how you know so much more than others and are talking as a "male", but base your judgments on rubbish in a trash magazine. Enjoy your New Idea subscription!

And even better, no matter how much hate people have had against Jade, the Jade Appreciation Thread is about to hit 600 pages!
