I can't watch this video from the States, so can someone tell me if Tim means (Ed's riding Jade's back) as a sexual joke or does he mean Ed's going along for the (publicity) ride? Thanks!!!

An interviewer asks "if you were in this scenario [of the hunger games] who would you kill?"
Tim says Tahan because she has the killer instinct in her. Drew says Ed, just so he could say that he did it.
Tim then says, "you could kill Jade because then that would kill Ed. He's just riding her back now... literally."

Then the clip ends.

He can't hide her forever, they have to go on with their life together and have to be able to go out in public so it is better to go out and ten if questioned paint it as innocent again. They may or may not be engaged but they are more than just plutonic friends and that is something I am certain of.

I don't know about BBAU but in the UK we have an after care team (admittedly its notoriously bad and one winner claimed at least 4 ex HMs in his year attempted suicide) and access to the BB psychologist.

That's shocking! 4 EX HMs attempting suicide!! It must be really hard to re-adjust.

I definitely think there's more to the Annie and Ed story than we know. But I've thought that for so long now that I'm at the same point where I am with Caleb - I'm not sure if it was one thing or a culmination of things that make me think that. I do know that the way Nick, Milly and even Annie in a more veiled way ripped into Jade on the blog was a big sign to me because it didn't make sense for a family so concerned with their image unless they had loyalty to and were trying to protect someone's (Annie) feelings. That was back when I was a massive Jade fan and was arguing a bit with Nick because I couldn't understand why they'd trash someone to that extent when surely they knew nothing good would come of it with the public as they had access to the same voting % and social media opinions we did.

I'm struggling to buy that they're engaged though. Shagging maybe or maybe just bff's with one or both of them having unresolved feelings sounds more likely to me. Put it this way... I wouldn't be surprised to hear a year or two from now that they are engaged. But I don't think so yet.

Yes, I agree with you completely. I first thought that Ed's family was posting so much hate toward Jade on that blog because they thought she was 'hurting' his game, but I'm sure anyone could see nearing the end that their showmance was probably the only thing keeping him in there.

Out of interest, were there ever any photos of Jade and Nick together? This isn't to prove any theories or anything but I just find it strange that Nick and Ed always seem to be together but from my on-and-off lurking in this thread it doesn't seem like Jade ever spent any time with Nick.

I think it's nothing more than a combined roommate gift.
And on the subject of Tiffany's I wonder what Jade thinks of them giving Annie something from there. In a conversation with Drew early on she said that she is easy to please and that something from Tiffany's is only for special occasions such as an anniversary.

Also after watching this I'm wondering if has anyone noticed Tully wearing less rings? Drew seemed to indicate that wearing many rings is somewhat ridiculous. He refered to Tully when saying as much.

Today should be a good day - Drew and Tully back on TV and I am starstruck should have an interview with them both.

Also in case you didn't notice - that picture is the first picture we have of Drew inside Tully's house. The only other one we've had is with him in her backyard.

They are(were) engaged and have been "dating " for over a year
the show was promoting JadEd Tim and Drew said as much at the movie premiere
that is why Ed kept the buffers (Boog, His mates, and everyone) else when she was around
no doubt she realized this and he had to come clean to her about this finally at some point recently
as I have said Ed is a giant hypocrite on top of being a self-centered narcissistic asshole

I think it's a case of - they stayed good friends, they moved here from Adelaide, so did Nick and they all live together. When you are in a new city and away from your family, your friends become your family. I'm friends with all my exes, even the ones from school - there is no shagging going on, we're all just good friends. I agree about Jade and Ed being dunzo (not that they were ever ON) but I disagree about Annie.. Who knows - maybe they've hooked up drunkenly a few times, maybe she has feelings for him but they're clearly not together.

Nick Annie and Nikki were gone when Jade visited (unusual when your brother or friend just returns from a long absence) and it wasn't for them to be alone there was always someone with them from all accounts
it's possible Jade read what Nick said about her and doesn't like him too much as well

If you sent me a link where Ed and Annie had confirmed they were together, I would believe that. Men and women CAN be platonic friends, you know.. Even if they did have a really, really, serious, grown up relationship in Year 8!

9 months ago Ed's (and his friends') tweets were intended only for their group who would understand completely the joke and NOT jump to massive conclusions. Its probably a huge joke amongst them all that Ed & Annie were b/f & g/f when they were 12 ... 12 for goodness sake ...
