Hey TravelSweet... I really enjoy your posts and for keeping it real. I share so many of your thoughts, values and beliefs.

Thanks for that, much appreciated. :) just so you know, I wont take what you said to mean that from here on out you will agree with every single point of view I have.... Don't be shy to disagree with my pov when you see fit ;) thanks again for your kind words.

I don't think he meant anything about her mum. I think he would have just meant how she's possessive and cries a lot...which would obviously put a downer on a trip and limit the amount of time he could spend with Drew. It's like we saw in the house, if Tully thought Drew was "neglecting" her for any period of time she got upset, tried to make him feel bad, and she'd have his undivided attention again. I'm really not saying that to put Tully down, just that I could see why Tim wouldn't want her there.

Also I'm sure Tim also just doesn't want to be the third wheel. If Drew and Tully are still as full on as they were in the house I couldn't imagine anyone wanting to travel with them...especially if Tim's funding it!

Agree ^

Attempting to shampoo my hair...I'm about a month overdue and it's starting to smell. Wish me luck.

Thanks for that....That is an interesting take...

I agree with some of it..

I think they have Xavier WAY wrong...I don't see him as bitter at all...he just has a sarcastic, biting, sense of humor, but he has entertained from time to time...No joke or topic is off limits to him... He'd probably be great at a roast just ripping into people....(Rohan is similar with his tweets during the show..he went after everyone)..but it's nothing personal...

That blogger got into an argument with Xavier and I believe Jazz and Heidi on Twitter back when she was first starting to blog. From memory she was having a go at the girls and Xavier stepped in to defend them and then she went off at him so I'm not surprised in the slightest at her take on Xavier. In fact I've been waiting for it and am somewhat surprised she didn't write about him sooner. Unfortunately for her she gave her feelings away in that blog by devoting that much of the article to a guy who was in the house for a minute. I'm not much of a Xavier fan but she's pretty transparent.

I find the fact that she doesn't get Xavier more than a little disturbing given what she is studying.

Leesa Little is barely ever interesting reading. Yes, I've read it via your link. I hope that when she completes her psych degree she is able to cast a more clinical eye on her subjects. her bias is showing like a great aunt's petticoat.

For people reading her blogs, I think it's a case of "if you like my favourite I love your work, if you don't like my favourite I think you're boring and stupid".

Yes she may write with bias, but we read it with our own biases as well.

Regardless of whether you agree with the content or not I think she deserves credit for the extent of her research and how articulate she is to get her points across.

I was just saying before that I didn't know what to make of Xavier, and haven't followed him since. My sense of him on the show was that he was trying a little hard - 'forcing the funny' type of thing and put that down to wanting to stand out and be noticed. If he'd stayed in longer that would probably have settled down as he became more comfortable. I have to admit he's not one that I warmed to so I don't really know how to take his twitter posts.

I do agree he can be very hit or miss...I could see him being a very annoying person to live with (sometimes trying too hard)...but a LOT of his tweets have entertained me quite a bit... (and I'm kind of the mindset that I'll take someone with 1/2 terrible, 1/2 funny tweets.... than some others where it's just boring run of the mill stuff)

I can tell you from experience that the number of inept, arrogant douchebags that study psychology is alarming. The course itself seems to be a beacon for wankers. A very small number of graduates are actually skilled and empathic enough to make great therapists. They are in the minority!!

He wasn't a favourite of mine either, but his tweets amuse me and I very much like his political stance on many things. He's a Catch 22 type of guy… He thrives on irony and satire.

Some of the things she writes I agree with, some I don't usually.
I agree she writes from her own perspective, but then I don't think she owes it to anyone to be unbiased though, she's an individual writing a blog, she doesn't represent the media (who themselves are biased).
I found it interesting because I hadn't been following some of those housemates so for me it was good to see it all in one place.
