Would anyone else like Sonia Kruger replaced?

But that's why it's shameful because he's so embarrassing!
 
I really miss Gretel, Sonia is just too bland for my liking. Gretel was really sharp and witty off the autocue and she had occasional moments where she couldn't hide how stupid she thought someone was which was always funny.
 
She just seems a bit fake, like she has to try really hard to come across as being part of the show. The banter with audience and HMs can be quite cringey and unnatural. And the role she takes on is like a children's presenter the way she speaks to the HMs and the audience, which I guess is the kind of presentation the producers want now with the audience they are aiming for. I did prefer the more professional and mature presentation of Gretel. I thought Jackie was less fake too and seemed to have some liking for the show, her reputation seems to get dragged down by Kyle unfortunately.
 
Sonia has her good moments where she comes up with something clever or says something legit funny. But there are some dodgy moments too. The eviction interviews are terrible but I don't know if that's her fault or the producing. Let her ask a question and give them time for a proper answer, not just a single sentence before you interrupt and throw to another video package.

So I wouldn't necessarily call for Sonia to be replaced, just improve the eviction interviews. Ask interesting questions and allow time to follow up their answers. I want to know about how the HMs think they've grown and changed in the house, which relationships were the most important to them etc, not just who they think will win blah blah blah.

Nothing wrong with Sonia, she certainly hasn't done anything to warrant being replaced. I miss the passion that Gretel had in the early years, and that Davina had in the UK, but Sonia's still a perfectly respectable host.
 
YES! She's fine in a small studio audience set-up but terrible live. She has no passion, her interviews are entirely pointless and her facial expressions are a cross between confused and pained at all times.. Except when her giant veneers force her into a smile. She's rubbish. Lovely, but rubbish.
 
Geeze, you think Sonia is stiff and bad? You should see who we're stuck with in the US, Julie Chen….now she's stiff and bland. If anything happens that's not on the mark or is not on the teleprompter she gets totally lost. So be careful what you ask for.
 
That chick that hosts The Biggest Loser. Hayley the swimmer, I forget her surname. She seems really lovely (maybe just compared to that Ajay thing that she replaced) but she is a rotten host. She sounds so wooden and unnatural when she reads. So, we could do a lot worse.

I think my number one wish is that I look as good as Sonia does when I'm nearly 50. Far out.
