So I'm pretty sure that ed said I'm so nervous which looked like Maddy if it was a gf I doubt she would of been there seeing him hooking up and getting into something on tv with jade for the past few months anyone gone into his eviction again?

Well, it's my job. And it's the reason I've been drawn to BB for the past 13 years. I am not a fan of "playing the game" or putting on a show, or being an entertainer. I just like to observe and try to understand people, and, most of the time, I try to do it without judgement, though, I will admit, certain people can send me over the edge. BB without live feeds, though, is like trying to see a mural through a wall with a lot of little holes in it. Because of the editing bias, I doubt I would have stuck around this year if Jade hadn't caught my attention, but she totally sucked me with her genuineness, loyalty, and strength of character.

I think she has a chance to split votes, but given what Tahan has behind her, I don't know if she can win it. I think it would be lovely if the sisters, Mikkayla, Madaline, and Ed made a concerted effort to work up votes for her amongst their fans, but I don't see it happening because, other than Ed, I think it's a group that is more about the experience than about the win.
In actuality, I think a scandal about Ed having an outside girl could actually help Jade rack up some serious sympathy votes, but I don't think there's anything there. This is the same guy that didn't tell Jade he loved her because he didn't feel it. There's no way I believe he was living some kind of false single life. If he was going to play that kind of game going in, why would he have held back, knowing that it could make him look bad? Why not just go all the way with the lies, if that's what the whole relationship was?

You have a comma where a period should be.
And, honestly, I DO think Ed has tried to be as careful as possible with Jade. I think it's really easy for some people to say "I love you", without really meaning it. Tully was throwing that word at Drew 6 weeks after meeting him, while she was in a relationship elsewhere, and she was still throwing that word around about her GF as well. (This is not bagging on her, it's just an example of ease of use) I think the word has meaning to Ed and he couldn't, in all honesty, say it to her even when he maybe wanted to, just so she wouldn't feel so bad.
The one thing I don't like about Tim's comments about Ed's good-bye is his assertion that Ed was holding back what he was really feeling. Just because Tim proclaimed his love for Boog after a week doesn't mean other people take love as lightly. There is, I think, a balance between Ed's and Tim's approaches but I also think it's such an individual thing that I am reluctant to declare the behavior "right" or "wrong".

Just re-watched Ed's eviction walk. He kissed a girl (standing next to Nick) who called out to him and didn't say anything and then he kissed Maddie and said I'm so nervous. Sonia told him to go back and say hello to Nick and he said I'm so nervous to Nick too. Seems people will make something out of nothing.

Yes, they have had a lot of moments in the LF's today haven't they? The banana smoothie, chatting in the pool haha. I don't know. I've always wanted them to get along but in the past they had aligned themselves with different people who had basically influenced their opinions of one another. Maybe now with most of those people gone, they will start to get along but it's the final week! Haha, even Drew was like in the LF's, 'how funny would it be if they became best friends in the final week?' when they were chatting in the pool.
Anyway, I am LOVING the live feeds with Jade today, she's been hanging out with the whole group and her old buddies again. [MENTION=36695]Jane Doe[/MENTION], always agree with your posts. So insightful. And yes, magically I seem to love Drew when he's with Jade. She seems to bring out the best side of him.

Really? I only watched it the once but I was sure he told his sister he was sorry. At the time I thought it was because of jade, someone had said that she told him not to get involved with any girls?
But after reading some comments I thought I could be mistaken about it being his sister but still sure I heard him say he was sorry, he even looked like he had an apologetic look on his face as he walked off :S

I'm a family therapist working primarily with at-risk adolescents and young adults around family and educational issues. I was lucky to study with Michael White (the Australian founder of the Narrative Therapy movement) when I was in grad school, hence my constant awareness of who is controlling the narrative in the BB house. My whole life, though, I have been fascinated by the patterns of human interactions and I love the opportunity to study them in their natural environment in the BB house.Do you mind me asking what your job is? Feel free to ignore my question.
You are all so lucky that I don't dump on you all the analysis that I do while you are sleeping! Sometimes I feel like I could write a novel about interactions in the BB house. It's really a sickness that I struggle to break once BB is over!
And thank you all for the kind words. You all have made me feel so welcome, even though I came to this thread so late in the BB season!
