So I'll put your reply back to you - 'she'd known him less than a week' - how on earth is that leading him on?
People still go on about that and she'd defended him countless times and was the only one to talk to him about Tully out of concern for him when everyone else was bitching behind his back. She'd even said to dickhead-Ed a number of times that Drew was one of the people she felt closest to. She didn't lead him on, she was never his girlfriend.
I remember her telling Drew Tully was way too emotional. What can really be done about that? To me it didn't seem like she was trying to make make suggestions, give him practical advice about anything. To me it seemed like subtle bitching. I'm not saying she broke Drew's heart. I am saying their relationship was mostly based on flirting at the beginning. They had never established a proper friendship.
