Weirdly I found I've been turned quite off all the girls after tonight and the last few days. Tahan has really gotten under my skin the last few days and Jade/Mikki weren't in great form during the daily show. What was with the complete sympathy edit for Tahan though? They can't rewrite history.

Drew is the absolute worst though.

Jade admitted that it was a terrible thing to say, she said nearly as soon as she said it that she didn't mean it, and she apologised to Tahan when confronted. I think anyone can say stuff in the heat of the moment and regret it afterwards. I don't think one moment should change opinions about a person. Who hasn't said stuff they regret? Nobody's perfect..

For instance, Tim says bad crap about people and laughs all the time - why do people find him funny?
 
Adding to above, I find Tim funny too.

My point is that Jade seems to be judged to a harsher standard and I don't agree.
 
Tahan clearly has friends in high places. Felt like i was watching the "Save Tahan" episode tonight. A hypocrite if ever i have seen one, running straight to the diary room to complain and bawl to Australia. She said Mika can dish it out but can't take it, hmmm. Nice to see that the OS has described her as a mean girl, maybe they didn't get the memo.
 
God, no way would I ever put myself in the position of going on BB haha. People (sometimes me too) are so harsh. I can't imagine being stuck in there for months with the only stimulation being each other, and not being able to escape. Every emotion shows on my face (good or bad) so people would be saying I'm a cow in the first week. People would throw things at me when I came out haha.

Tahan is no angel but I really don't think she was planning to cry to get sympathy votes. Her tears seemed pretty genuine.

Crying about being nominated and crying because someone said they want you dead is pretty different.

I certainly agree that one moment shouldn't change someone's opinion of a housemate, however it will for a lot of people who don't see that one bad comment that wasn't even meant and was immediately retracted doesn't make a person "bad", just human and one who made a mistake. There seems to be a few posters here that expect housemates to be perfect and jump ship the moment their idealised version of a HM does something they dont like.

I didn't like Jade's comment but I'm not going to get on my self righteous high horse and hate on Jade for one comment said in sheer frustration.

She was crying because she was nominated long before that. She's said many mean things about others. I don't think for one minute what Jade said was right, it wasn't, but she knows that and regretted it. I don't however think Tahan is a victim.

I think it's just gotten beyond ridiculous some of the things I'm reading and I actually am thinking of stepping back from the forum because I find that the self-righteous people don't live in reality.. people say stuff in the real world all the time..
I find myself getting upset over stupid forum comments.

Like I said, she's no angel..she has been really mean at times but I honestly felt a bit sorry for her tonight.

I really think that if Tahan had gotten Jade alone without Mikkayla or an audience around then they would have sorted it out..

Jade never said she wanted her dead. She said if she fell and died in a hole she wouldn't care. And then backtracked. Jade is the last person in there in my opinion that's likely to lash out. I think after nine weeks of putting up with Tahan's mean girls antics, she'd had enough. Mika quite rightly said to Tahan, how many times do you say nasty things and then say you're just jokimg. If anyone should be able to take it, it should be Tahan.

And people claim she's the victim. Tahan has been nasty the entire season. Jade was nasty for 1 minute after putting up with Tahan for the entire season. But of course that means Tahan is the victim because Tahan is just being honest and genuine.

What happened was Jade said something like "If she fell into a hole and died I wouldn't care." (laughs a bit then says) "No. I don't want her to die."
