My best friend all through school had the exact same thing but she couldn't read unless it was on pink paper. It's pretty terrible. Puts things into perspective when people were laughing at her for spelling Heidi's name wrong.

Yeah she also said that she is terrible at spelling.
 
Jade has got Scotopic Sensitivity Syndrome(12% of population has it)which is a neurological condition caused by the brain incorrectly processing what the eye see.No wonder she has impaired reading/spelling skills.This learning disability has affected her confidence in herself.

I never thought she was dumb. Sure she isn't book smart, but she is street smart. Her perception of situations and people is pretty good, she also has understands what is going on. Everyone's intelligence is different. I did find the video an eye opener. Not just from her part, but through justynn as well. School learning has improved it seems.

That video was really good, she seems to have so e really great chats with others in the house, especially someone like justynn. It was casual and personal and honest
 
I always thought she was quite smart. The only thing she's been dumb about is Ed. And when she thought Australia's population was 100 million lol

I rolled my eyes and laughed at that. I was like really jade, no really? I think she would learn a few things if she read the news. I'm not being a cow in saying that, but I know from personal experience that I have gained so much knowledge reading what happens around us. I am 27 so I am not of the wiser, but I do think when you read about things around the world it's amazing the insight you get from it. Who knows? Maybe it's just me

Wow...something new for me today. It would make learning very hard if what you are reading is not making sense. Very understanding why she would think she is not smart at all. I personally think she is pretty bright just not in the standard academic way.
 
Gotta say I've enjoyed Jades clips this week, with Tully's eviction we're now finally getting to see more of Jade's gameplay in the House. I think she'll definitely be top 5 now.
 
How amazing is it that she has been in there this long and we are only just learning this now? So much for those who say she is going just an attention seeker. Makes me like her even more. She gives herself such a hard time for not being smart but has never explained why she struggled with school. Again she chooses to suffer in silence rather then seeking attention. <3
 
Really disliking how a few people think Jade is on the not so smart side ...and I bet its either cause she's blonde or a model and barmaid -.- I know law students that can't make sense of things Jade can haha ^.^

Yeah, I know most of the HMs think she doesn't know what she's doing but I think she does. She's an idiot when it comes to Ed but eh, whatever...they all have their faults.

I just hope she survives this week. She's probably lost a few fans with the Ed stuff (similar to what happened to Drew with Drully but on a smaller scale).
 
Considering Tahan's now saved, I'm thinking either Mikkayla or the sisters will go on Monday (possibly Ed - but I think he'll just make it)..
Which may actually be a good thing, cause I think their fans will then put their support towards Jade. :)
I know a lot of K&L/Mikkayla fans like Jade as well.
