Yes, a little harsh, but that's hardly a crime. And, perhaps, because they are such good friends (according to Mikkayla) perhaps she felt like she could be honest. Isn't that what friends do?
As for being the same group each week, perhaps that's because the same people are annoyed by her every week. Some people just don't like other people or are annoyed by other people and there is nothing that can change that. Indeed, I'd imagine in the Big Brother house, when you are stuck with these people all the time, relationships are probably only going to get worse, not improve. Those things that annoy you straight away aren't suddenly going to become endearing.
would you be friends with someone who said they would ONLY keep you around because they don't see you as a threat? with no mention of liking you at all? lol, no it's not a crime, but applauding her honesty is not something that I personally would do in Mikkayla's position.
I agree with most of your second paragraph, But it has been pretty clear that she was seen as an easy target from the start and a few of the housemates picked their mark.
