Jade 2013 Appreciation thread

To be fair though, as much as we're shown Jade pursuing Ed, she doesn't sniff around after him all day every day. Even Heidious said they go and do their own thing during the week, so I think at least Jade hasn't made the mistake of following him around all the time.

I wonder if this is all a way to divert the Tully scorn for a bit after 2 full on Drully nights in a row? Ending with Tully 'trying' to console Jade while Matt did a stellar job.

Either way I don't care and I'm still saving Jade but it does have me thinking.

This is good, though. The best way to get rid of Tully is to stop giving her attention, so any wishy washy "fans" she has will forget about her and move on to liking/hating someone else, and stop voting for her.
 
I honestly, do not believe that Jade follows Ed all day long like puppy, as (I think it was) Tahan said in the DR.
I also think that Ed does as much following as she does. As he said, they are friends and I think he likes having conversations with her.

I saw tonight's show and had a change of heart about Jade because Ed is being a prick to her and Drew nommed her. Arseholes. Why should they stay and she get evicted first?

It's a game! Not a friendship-fest! He had to pick one of them and Tim or Tahan or anyoneelse who is outwardly "playing the game" would have made a strategic move like that too! They all know how popular Tim is (I don't think they realise how many fans Jade has) and any of them would have made the same decision. It's not a big deal! All you die-hard Jade fans will keep her in, so let them play the game!

But there's a whole lot more than picking who you go up for nomination against. It's how you behave the whole time, and he just dug his own grave. I'm looking forward to him going home and seeing any remaining support he had being lost. If he'd picked Tim he may have had Jade fans voting for him and MIGHT have scraped in over someone else (though I doubt it).

I actually think ignoring Ed would be the best thing for Jade. Let us see her without the man troubles.

This makes it even harder for me to process Ed's despicable behavior when he had to choose between Tim and Jade at noms last night. Did he torture Jade on porpuse? Does he not know that Jade can become quite fragile when the two of them are on parade?

He could have just said: "Ladies first" but then maybe this is considered to be a sexist remark these days.
But he could have easily said something along the lines of - I save my ex-wife, my future wife, my beloved wife.. you get the drift, just use a bit of exaggeration. All the HMs would have understood, including Jade. He could have saved Jade trepidation and an agonising wait. Either he is an immature dolt or one who gets pleasure out of the pain of others.

So they were hoping Jade was going when she wasn't up for eviction? Yes you taught them great observational skills. Nice to see that she's seen the kids anyway I guess her 15 minutes is up :)

Now I have that little bitchiness out of my system I can just be thankful that Sharon left early..
