Episode DAY 23 (Tue 20/08/13) - Nominations #3 (90m)

So I just re-watched some of last nights show and after noiminations are announced Tim and Heidi are consoling Jade through the bars and Tim is giving her some nice advice in which he says 'just use your strengths you know what they are'. Jades laughs as she says 'yeah but I can't just walk around naked all week' and they all laugh and Tim says 'Ahh that's not your strength'. It was a funny light hearted(ish) convo but it does reinforce what I have thought about Jade in that she hasn't figured herself out yet and still puts too much of her self worth on her looks, and as I've said in previous posts its probably because for a lot of her life so far thats what she has received the most accolades for. I hope she can discover more about herself because as much as I might cringe at some things she does she seems nice.

Yes, i dont like people who slide through life on their looks.
Easy.

Ed is a good looking rooster, but he doesnt act like he is top shit.
Tully is hot, but isnt trading on her looks.

Jade is ok looking but acts like the typical pretty girl who thinks the whole world loves her.

Nice to get a positive response to one of my posts. I've been on the forum two days and already been given some nasty responses. Honestly thought posters would be more welcoming..

Yeah gotta have a thick skin to be on here at times, keyboard warrior heaven. I wouldn't take it personally I certainly don't.

You have no idea if they slide through life on the whole on their looks. That's what makes it all the more obvious and quite sad. Hopefully one day you'll be able to get beyond it.
