Big Brother house talk topic *Spoiler Warning*

Was talking to a friend earlier today and was told that Ben use to be a flight attentent for Virgin Australia but was fired not so long ago

that is the only floor plan released at this time.

There maybe be rooms that they just dont want to release at this time. Im sure there is, but they could be used later on.....

What are all them empty rooms for?

The bottom left is a toilet. The shaded bits are the Halfway Bedroom and deck. The top middle is, I believe, either the Halfway Diary Room or their toilet (they're both in about that area). No idea what the ones in the top left are.

I've got the retro fit out plans of the BB house that hint at what the twist will be?

Nice work marquisite. Presumably the old Captains Quarters is the new Presidential Suite. I fear that'll be just another Rewards Room and Showdown will be as detached from the main format as FNL was.

'Live Special' has already confirmed that these "plans" are incomplete as the Honeymoon suite is missing from it. The 'Do Not Enter' sign above the DR was clearly visible when Drew and Jade first entered this room.

Hardly surprising.

I think the 'Secret Room' will be a multipurpose room. Like they had last year (eg; The Parlour, The Man Cave, The Café, Big Baby's Room and Sam's workplace, etc).

While I think the 'Presidential Suite' is the old 'Captain's Quarters' from last year.

Updated plan so far...

Not sure what has (or will) become of the Captains Quarters outdoor area... there is no direct access from the Presidential Suite to the CQ yard, unless it is via the camera-run looking corridor.

It appears there's a temporary partition in the Honeymoon Suite which covers the door to the Parlour.

The Parlour is set up in the camera run area - as is the access to the Honeymoon Suite. So it is only possible for one of these rooms to be in use at the same time or one area of the house (most of the safehouse bathroom & safehouse diary room) is inaccessible to manned cameras.

I wonder how the remaining HM's will be able to vote in the Federal Election on September 7th? Will they be taken out of the house to vote or vote in the Diary Room?

i'm not sure what the rules are with regard to exemption from voting, they might be able to get an exemption, otherwise, i assume they will would all do a postal / absentee vote in the diary room. unfortunately this would break the no contact from the outside rule but i suppose they are only finding out that there is an election which they all would have known before going in, they just won't find out the result until they get out.

marquisite, the outside are of the Presidential Suite is the Key Area to enter the house

Is it me or is the layout of the house really weird this year? I watched the show all week and I still did not understand where every room was in relation to the others.... Now looking at the layout above I understand but it all seems really disjointed...I feel like the diary room is in a really awkward spot too....is this just me?

I get the exact same feeling.

Last year I understood the house within the first episode. This year, I still don't exactly get where everything is even though it's been a week.

The safe house/half way division will do that to you. To be honest I'm not one that puts much notice to detail and I've never got a feel for the lay out of the house in other seasons too.

Same but I understand it now. Last seasons house had a very basic feel to it but yeah basically every other year it was easy to work out within the first 3 or so episodes. This season, not so much. The room that really confused me was the bathroom. I had no clue until I saw the floor plan.
