What's the Twist?

Oh for the love of god don't let me be wrong again, I've been humiliated enough. :o
 
ffs the ad is pretty obvious. its an invisible wall that divides people that know each other. plain as shit. its not a coincidence that Matt has a twin and Tahan has a sister around same age and look. its like Biggest Loser couples except they will be split and we choose who we want out of each team to stay in the house (more housemates than ever before)
 
And they'll be 'haves' and 'have nots', yeah? I was told that the 'haves' will get to choose what the 'have nots' get?
 
This has probably been theorised as a lot of stuff has been covered, but I'm thinking maybe Matt and Tahan are more involved with the twist than the actual series, if that makes sense. Obviously not knowing the details at all it is difficult to understand and then go on to explain, but I am wondering if they are among some "extra housemates" that will make up the additional numbers, rather than the "true" 12. Not sure how this fits in with the perspex wall implied in the ad though.

Very Possible!! For an actual HM, those ads are unfair anyway! In the past its just been tiny details and the ad goes for 5 seconds, this is basically their whole video package!
 
I was actually thinking this last night too...I think they'll be revealing the 9 or so housemates that will be put in the 'poor' zone and 'halfway in' the house. The other 12 will be in the 'rich' zone and 'in' the house. The 12 in the house won't be revealed until launch. The Saturday night games will be a knockout intended for the 'poor' housemates to win their way into the house. Doing this also ties in with the 'more housemates than ever before' promo.
 
Remember that article on the OS saying to draw inspiration from the past when it comes to the twist?

I reckon they're going to be using a version of each twist from previous years in this season...
 
Wrong place to put this, but I love the line-up above. I am going for the fellow with the sad face, 6th from the right. (I've heard he's a real bitch, though). Wouldn't I be fantastic if it was BB monkeys and apes this year. Well, I suppose it always is, in a way. Lovely touch, BBB site.

Perhaps it is 12 couples after all, but they are all Ex's and will compete as couples though. 12 of the people will live in luxury surroundings and be given passouts to leave the house and the other 12 ..sucked in.

This still allows for people to do the hook up thing, but they have to be careful.
It creates massive jealousy for those who still like their ex and will see them pash someone else.

It will also create big jealous when people are able to leave the house and others cant.

You might want to hate your ex, but ultimately you have to fight to protect them no matter what they do

I think it might start off like BB3 and have a split house.
Maybe each wont know the other is there and can only shout over teh wall to each other. then the wall comes down and they find out the twist.....

Or maybe there is a big glass sound proof wall there for two days which will mess with their heads

I like the concept if it is what you said. I would have HATED if it was the Have and the Have Not.

The fact the two housemates revealed so far BOTH have their mother's in their ad makes me think it'll be twins, a married couple, mother and daughter, mother and son etc, and variations of that. 24 housemates all up but each real life relation counts as ONE housemate? But then I guess one of each coupling will need to be voted off/have some challenge and that'll leave 12 official housemates??

Oh I like this idea! It would also get the HM talking about their life story and the person on the other side of the wall!

BB always does something to get the housemates talking about their lives early on.

I do actually have a life outside of the forums... And it's getting to the time in the year where I go in to hiding... I prefer the off-season... There is a bit if a time difference and sometimes I'm too tired to post when the majority of your are active...
