OMG..wouldn't it be the perfect job to scan millions of photos to find matches like this.

Not so difficult if your a master of internet surfing/googling/other secret means = I realised the other day I have used the net for about 20 years, friggin 20 YEARS!
Was at uni when it was developing, and our faculty got some of the first access for limited times, and our area of study was moving online FAST.
So anyway, I have had one job that was just about finding people and stuff on the net.
I have considered setting up a I can find it for you business - do think there would be a market for it???
Some tips - they would have searched 80s fashion, ugly 80s, teal - very 80s; 80s tv fashion; old ladies 80s.
Alba's outfit is sooooooo very 70s/80s, had a jumper dyed like that as a kid - Alba's outfit did make it easy.
Hanging about forums, and gathering trivia has some value
And sometimes people have this nagging memory - like my jumper; or at the moment I'm searching my BRAIN for a memory I have of one of the first bigtime DJs from the 80s.

These are all at the Les Miserables premiere, the same one Anne Hathaway is photographed at^^. Her dress was Givenchy btw. Interesting to see some of the older couture houses (Givenchy and Balenciaga) are back in the limelight.

I am loving Blake Lively, atm. I'm sure this is from Gossip Girl, but I would tear out my left ovary to have this outfit.
Very pretty, not into torture shoes myself, and I dislike this girl & her face for no good reason.
I want the shorts behind her, girl behind is more me - without the dumb tie and hat, that's pretty much me, I live in shorts/flats/tees, then switch to trousers in winter.
