That was my fear, it's a shocker it's the equivalent of Meryl Streep's Australian accent. My dad was Scottish and my Scottish relatives have a variety of different Scottish accents, none sound like the bikie dude.
You can injure your back doing just about nothing.

Was not happy to have no revenge on last night!! Tonight I plan on watching Once Upon a Time. i hope I like it. The idea I have of it from the ads indicate that I should like it. We shall see, we shall see.

My daughter got right into it, I was busy through most of it so I missed almost all of it really. She's 11 going on 70. She watches Touch too, loves it. And settles in with a nanna knee blanket (crotchet) and handmade pillow to watch 'her shows' as she calls them. She stops whatever she's doing and tells us she's got to go watch her shows. reminds me of the old ladies who used to babysit me when I was a kid and my grandma, when Days of our lives or Bold and Beautiful were on lol

To tell you the truth I can't understand all the hype. It was OK...... nothing special..... This whole thing with the curse and stuff I'm still a bit confused over. So the queen trapped everyone there including herself and no one knows who they were in the fairytale world before, but does the mayor know she is, or rather was the queen?
Evil queens would be less evil if they had more sexytime.

I think the evil queen and possibly Rumpelstiltskin know who they are (not totally sure of this, but that's the impression I get). None of the others remember who they are.

Well if the Mayor knows that who she really is or was in the past it's a rather silly plan to lock yourself into some small town in nowhere... Her motivation doesn't seem that great. I'll keep watching but only out of curiosity now..... This isn't going to be one of the "must see" shows for me.

I liked it. I didn't get the curse bit, I missed something there possibly (children talking etc) Yes I think that the Queen and Rumple' know who they are. I'd like to know moer about how/why Henry knows about it.
There has been lots of hype, but not really showing or giving anything away, so I wasn't to bothered by that.
My 8yo was dying to watch this based on the ads though LOL.

I'm so pissed off I missed it, been looking forward to it - but 7.30 to sit down and focus on an actual story, well I'm too hectic, about 7.30 is usually the first time I get to sit and breath after running around doing dinner, lunches, and all the rest for tomorrow.
I can only watch comedy or RTV at that time, nothing too heavy or requiring a brain.
Guess it will be on Encore anyway, and 7's site.

I saw the last ep (ep 22) on Monday and I reckon it was pretty good, a lot better than 99% the derivative crap served up on TV these days. This is coming from a straight up hetero mind you. lol There's no question that the success of Game of Thrones is behind the yankee commercial networks decision to make this show, there's even a nod to GOT during one of the eps. lol
The curse thing will be explained in good time but to put it simply the curse was 'bought' from Gold/Rumple by Regina/EvilQueen and unleashed so she could have her 'happy' ending and ruin all the other fairy tales character's ones.
Gold and Regina are 2 of the characters (it makes sense since their both responsible for it) who are aware of their true identity but there is at least 2 more characters introduced (and hints at other character currently living in Storybrook) midway through the season who also know the truth.
Stupid Ch7 teased me in early January so I started downloading the eps instead of waiting 5 months. Serves them right.
