I <3 my bluray player.

I can torrent episodes of whatever, connect the bluray wirelessly to the network and it accesses the laptop wirelessly and plays the things on the flatscreen.

Bought it for myself for my birthday this year. Best present EVER.
 
my tv has a usb port too. What format do you save your files eliza? My DVD player has one too :) best $29 purchase, that dvd player. A few years ago, cheapie shop, way more features than some way more expensive models.

Channel 7 have just commissioned a Brynne Edelsten primetime reality show for 2012!!! :eek::D

They are downloaded torrent files that I do nothing too, however they are downloaded is how they stay. From memory most are AVI But I wouldn't swear on it.

I saw another ad for Excess Baggae aka Fatass Celebrity on the weekend.

AJ Rochester: 'I used to not eat to keep my job' ah get stuffed, you just have no willpower, stop blaming everyone else for everything!!

All the people they chose have always been fat OR lost weight for two seconds and then gone fat again. K Fed has already been paid once by his home country to lose weight!!

Actually this looks for for the "point and laugh" novelty
 
Can't stand fat celeb shows - what's the point, to laugh at them???!!!
I mean they have a much better chance of shifting the fat than ordinary peeps; they have money, and they have freebies thrown at them.
They can buy - expensive low cal food, seafood and lots of expensive stuff is yummy and low fat,and they can pay a cook; they can afford personal trainers and expensive home gyms, and so on.
So why this?
Do they like being humiliated, or is any attention good for a famewhore?
 
In the case of AJ Rocheester your last 8 words probably hit the nail on the head. Someone like K Fed just needs the cash to feed his ten thousand children and pot habit no doubt.

I guess we can expect new song releases from Kate De-how did she win idol anyway-Rouge and Christine Anu. woo hoo
 
To be fair, while some celebs certainly have some privileges we regular folk don't, on the flipside, they are hounded, scrutinised, criticised and humiliated by the media and the public for how they look on an every day basis, and are never allowed to forget it. It also doesn't help when you work in the entertainment industry where you are forced to conform to a superficial aesthetic (moreso for women). That's gotta mess with your head majorly. No amount of money or personal trainers, chefs etc. is going to help you if you're self esteem is stuffed and you have deep seated psychological negative body image/food issues.
I'm happy to see the likes of Ajay get a long overdue reality check, but I won't be pointing and laughing at anyone.
 
Anyone else watch this season of So You Think You Can Dance?
The finale was on tonight. Loved the top 4, love (& predicted) the winner.
