Some posters in here need to understand you don't need to hate one housemate in order to like another housemate.

Wow! I have actually seen that episode. I guess what ever it was it made more of an impact on the ant-Mikkayla crowd than it did on me.

I can't watch it now (I'm at work) but I'll give it another look tonight. Thanks!

Peverell provided a link to the episode, which I had already seen and I'm guessing whatever you guys are jumping up and down about is nothing more than a storm in a tea cup, but I will go and rewatch the episode later tonight and report back with my opinion.

At the end of the day, it doesn't matter who knows 10x more than the other about food, the fact that Mikkayla's first thought is to competitively compare herself to others, and to assume she's the one who's right/knows more/is more genuine/more deserving, etc, etc. just goes to show she has issues and has absolutely no self-awareness whatsoever. Can't even be bothered with that any more. The same in every thread I've seen her in, refuses to read any logical posts thrown at her.

I was a fan of mikkayla until recently. So I'm not latching onto any crumb of a reason to not like mikkayla. Mikkayla has become a disappointment. She said she was a misfit, but now she is acting like one of those school bitches who leads the popular group and isolates anyone who doesn't suck up to her. That's how I see her now.

I don't even know what that means. Despite having a soft spot for the downtrodden, the underprivileged and those who are generally confused, I find it very difficult to feel any sympathy for you.

Your choice of words is unacceptable. Including the other two posts you penned, I would think more people would actually take the time to read and understand what you're trying to get at if you bothered to treat us like adults and used punctuation and capitalisation.

What kind of medication you are or are not taking is your business. What therapist you are seeing or dodge by skipping appointments is your business. But the kind of venom you are spewing on this board is our business, because it affects us all, be it even to a small degree.

So please, let's behave like adults and be civilised. :)

Jade says she put her bracelet on Ed's pillow and Mikkayla says its too much
Jade asks Mikkayla to make sure he find it.

Second part:
Mikkayla says Jade feels guilty and I tried to tell her not to put the bracelet
(NO YOU DIDNT!)
Ed says She doesnt need to feel like this
Mikkayla says Jade was crying
Ed says He understand that its not going anywhere between him and Jade

Mikkayla was pretending and she was doing something nice for Jade! You guys are so so so desperate!!!! Oh My God!!!! LOL! I can't stop Laughing at how much of a beat up this is! Oh My God!
 
Along with playing fast and loose with the truth, Mikkayla's tone is mocking and undermining Jade in the conspiratorial way she tells Ed about the bracelet. Considering they're supposed to be friends, it's totally duplicitous and disloyal.
 
Based on her conversation, Mikkayla was implying that Jade was somewhat delusional.
She agreed with Ed on everything that they were friends and nothing more.
In other words, the bracelet is nothing.

It's so frakin' obvious! She said it that way to make it seem more emotinal and give the event more significant to Ed. She was doing it as a favor to Jade. You guys are CRAZY!

Another reason I dislike Mikkayla is she's always so free with her opinion, never happy to just give it, but to try and force it down people's throats, but time and again she's shown her ignorance. Also, she votes Liberal, which isn't surprising actually, but as someone who cares about social justice, I find her politics repellent.

I feel bad for her body issues, but I think, once again because she's a teacher of teenage girls who have issues with self-esteem, that she's setting a really bad example and being totally irresponsible by publicly saying how she "hates" being Asian and "fat". And she thinks she's some kind of role model??

Of all the housemates i think she has the most aggressive focus on winning the game, as seen by her sour face when Ben came back and when the male intruders arrived (I didn't notice her reaction last night because the show was boring I was engrossed in a game of Candy Crush). My mind boggles at why she thinks she, above everyone else, will win the game, considering she's utterly charmless, not in the least entertaining, and the least likeable person in the house. She's also been totally shit at training that dog.

I agree with everything you say in this post though I highlighted a few things I feel strongly about. Her reaction last night upon the intruder's entry was, as I perceived it, somewhat confused, a bit out of sorts, I could see the smoke coming out of her ears. Now I wonder if she's realised that she might have been basking in her glory too soon... the pumpkin completely forgot that there could yet be more intruders... rookie mistake. :cool:
