The pen is mightier than the sword.
I thought BB 2008 had a really nasty, mean-spirited house. Where do I even start? There was the bullying of Travis by Rory, Ben, and Nobbi; the cattiness among several of the women, including Bianca, Dixie, Rebecca, and Rene; Cherry bluntly telling Rhianna that he hated her; Saxon’s coldness (which really rubbed me the wrong way); and, of course, Terri and Terrence being low-key discriminatory toward Nobbi’s “Asian” eyes.
Rewatching the seasons a few years back, I was struck by how rude the evicted housemates were even in their parting messages, saying things like “keep playing the game, you’re so fake,” and similar remarks. These housemates never forgave or forgot.
Not to mention, BB 2005 and BB 2006 had some mean and really unlikable housemates as well. Though 2006 was an amazing season, despite this. 2007 would've been a great contender if Bodie, Emma and Demet stayed longer and formed a strong alliance together. I feel like Aleisha "moderated" Emma.
