..I do 90% of the cooking in our house... (I'm pretty good at it to be truthful)... I love it!... until about 6-7 years ago I couldn't cook anything at all... what changed that was my dear beloved wife had to go into Hospital for a couple of weeks and I faced either 2 weeks of takeaway meals or starvation... I grabbed a recipe book and cooked myself a Chinese stir-fry and it tasted fantastic!!!... from that moment onwards I was hooked lol!... I've been cooking ever since... the three things I that I love to do the best is Lobster Mornay/Pork Belly and American Spare Ribs among other things... there are lots of others but they are my favourites lol!... cheers.

Ha ha. Chocolate? Did someone say chocolate? Where are my car keys?Spriralised zucchini with mushroom and tomato sauce. So healthy!
Preceded by cheese and biscuits and followed by chocolate, because I don't want to shock my system too much.
Jam
I don't like it

A choice of three blocks of Lindt, Bluefin. Sea Salt Caramel, Orange Intense, and Mint Intense.
Apparently, chocolate in moderation is very good for your health. Surely, chocolate in excess should be better?

Ooooo ..... Orange Intense, Jam. That has my fancy! Does very high moderation count? With Terry's Chocolate Orange in the ball you have to crack to separate into segments, I always think it's such a lot of fiddling to put it back together to wrap up again.A choice of three blocks of Lindt, Bluefin. What did you choose?

Me too! I love it baked with balsamic vinegar, seasoned with rosemary... Mmm.
I'm tempted to change dinner
OH WOW - I am going to try this tomorrow night - I love Balsamic and I have a local olive oil here, that is infused with rosemary - sounds awesome

That's awesome how you started learning to cook @Mr Stickyfingers.
Nice! I forgot to add a drizzle of olive oil on top of the sweet potato for extra flavour.OH WOW - I am going to try this tomorrow night - I love Balsamic and I have a local olive oil here, that is infused with rosemary - sounds awesome

Spinach, Parsley, Avocado, Green Tea, Pineapple and Ginger. YUM!
Can't say that yum would be my very first descriptor for this. It does look and sound very healthy though!

Haha, how did you know? That description is not helping me either, although I had some fresh pineapple earlier in the year and it wasn't tooooo bad, not sure I'll try this concotion just yet though.
We were talking about what we were going to feast on at work on Christmas Day, all two of us. I was mentioning my yummy potato salad and then I thought of chocolate mousse. We wondered if KFC will be open, lol.
Now this appeals to my sensibilities a bit more.
This may be the very first time and perhaps only time that I agree with you. Can't say that yum would be my very first descriptor for this. It does look and sound very healthy though!
I am all for healthy but I think I would find it hard to stomach that myself lol. But inigo that's so good for you. Your body is going to love you for sure.
Ok, so I need a recipe for biscuits and if possible to use marmalade that my dad made for me. I am imaging a buttery type biscuit with a dollop of jam in the middle but have no idea what to do. I do not personally want to use a recipe out there and fail it because what a waste of freshly made marmalade.

My mum used to do her jam drops with apricot jam, marmalade etc. - try taste.com.au for a Jam Drop recipe and replace the jam with marmalade. ADDIT: I just searched "marmalade" on taste.com.au and there are yummy sounded recipes for marmalade glazed cakes, pikelets and glazed ham and pork!
