It had quite a cult following with people that would be in their early 40's now, at least in NZ.I saw it on video (rented, when you could get 8 movies for a week from Blockbuster) about a year after it was released, so I don't have clear memories of it. But I thought it was an ok comedy/fantasy romp. I didn't know that it had fans until you all started talking about it on this forum.

you don't like coffee drinkers at all? or just hipster coffee drinkers?oh wait, that would be the anti-reepbot brigade.

fair enough - when I work in Melbourne i work in hipster central and there is cafes there that do coffee tastings, and refuse to serve milk or sugar in your coffee - those places would make you cringe. Some tea drinkers can look pretentious too. I drink usually one coffee a day, often from a coffee machine at home or in the office sometimes from a cafe.i remember in high school watching my fellow students drink coffee and i thought it looked so pretentious that i vowed never to become a regular coffee drinker in my life.
I can't imagine you being a hipster. I could be wrong, but that isn't the image I have of you.Sounds like me.
