for some reason i feel most comfortable either alone or up on the stage performing for an audience. like at toastmasters. such a great thing. probably not for everyone though.
 
for when tina arena sings flowers bloom in the winter, rivers flow through deserts, and magpies tip their hats to you in the spring.
 
i enjoy doing accents when i'm doing my toastmaster performances. but for some accents i tone it down so that the audience can mostly understand what i'm saying.

i once did a speech where i had to do about several different accents and voices. doing that was tricky but i managed it ok.
 
i'd like to do a manchester accent for a future speech. got to find the right moment. can't just clumsily force it through.

i say that because i have ancestry from around that area. i even remember my great grandma had a strong manchester accent.
