I saw that tv movie Hawke. It was pretty boring. He was far too successful a prime minister for there to be an interesting movie about him imo.

The most fascinating thing was the portrayal of Keating. I was surprised that the actor portraying him wasn't given a villainous mustache and a maniacal laugh.

I'll expand on my cruise thoughts later. But I felt that it would have been better to go for four days instead of seven because the days can seem a bit samey after a while.

I enjoyed some of the movies they showed.

But the other entertainment didn't really interest me. It felt a bit more senior than me tbh.

The ice creams were nice.

As was looking over the edges to the sea. Especially up at the top, or near the top of the ship. The thrill of the height and the danger of the ocean.

The cabin stewards were a bit strange for me. I personally could have lived without them. But I know there are other people who enjoy having them there.

I also really loved these two young women who played some lovely musical pieces on their string instruments. It was nice to hear.

Their was a singer, not performing at the same time as the musicians, who had an ok voice but there were some songs that she struggled on because she didn't have the power or the range to make them her own. To inject her own soul and feelings into the music.

Storms rising deep deep in the hearts of the troubled.

Dance to the music, sway in the eternity of emotion. Be free. Be a bee.

Still watching the love boat. Compared to some of those guests I'm a model of romantic restraint.

Only two days to fall in love?

Pffft, it took me two days to work out where everything was on the ship. Who has time for romance?
