Tim appreciation thread!

I'm getting really concerned about Tim vs Ben. Ben seems to be his biggest threat to winning and I just don't think Ben deserves it!
 
About time Tim focused on Ben, the guy has been coasting through this whole time.

I hope he breaks up Drully and gets his mate Drew back .... They can build a pillow fort to keep her away!

I think Tahan is in fact quite a bit like Tim.
And if she was a guy she would not be getting as much crap thrown at her.
And he recognises her familiarties - and credit where credit is due he doesn't chat war games with anyone else but Drew.

Tim has a big ego, a strategic mind and he insults people. He's fun and I love him. But these 2 are the cleverest & most gorgeous people in there - I just hope Tahan gets a better strategy going, she's on the wrong track

I like to think he was lying to Tahan so she'll think he's on her side. Tahan doesn't seem to have a game strategy. She's not putting people against each other like Tim. She just goes around pouting about not being able to deal with fake people. I don't see how Tim would want her there at the end other than he thinks he can beat her because she isn't doing much ... I don't really see her as similiar to Tim at all. Maybe she is and I just don't see it.
 
Tahan has been saved by the public enough times now for Tim to want to keep her close. He's probably wanting to establish exactly what her appeal to the public is, so he can sabotage that later.
 
I think if Tim puts his focus on Ben and tries to wear him down that will just make everyone get more on the Ben bandwagon because they'll feel sorry for him.
 
I'd slit his throat while he slept if I had to live with him. But since I dont I find it hilarious watching everyone deal (or not) with his mania.

The thing is, his complaints about Ben seem pretty spot on.

He's just trying to do the, 'voice opinions that he hopes people might not have clarified or thought of but will agree.'



The shit thing about Ben is how everyone babies him, the whole, 'oh he's so innocent and infantile and sensitive, you can't say anything that isn't positive to the poor dear sweet idiot child, because he's so fragile and vulnerable.'

So people talk shit constantly about each other, the merest critique or comment about Ben is some how so much worse because people treat him so poorly. He's a grown man. Being a baby man, doesn't mean he should just coast through to winning big brother because people don't want to see the poor child have to go through the hardship of being part of a reality TV show he signed up to, agreed to go onto, where he may not win.

I agree that his complaints are spot on and he definitely doesn't deserve to win just because people feel sorry for him. However it seems like it's working that way unfortunately. He keeps getting the highest votes because people think he's cute. :rolleyes:
 
I loved that clip in confidential tonight of Tim's nominations and than the evictions. It went like this:

Tim: "I nominate Xavier." Sonia: "It's time to go, Xavier!"
Tim: "I nominate Jazz." Sonia: "It's time to go, Jazz!"
Tim: "I nominate Caleb." Sonia: "It's time to go, Caleb!"
Tim: "I nominate Heidi." Sonia: "It's time to go, Heidi!"
Tim: "I nominate Matt." Sonia: "It's time to go, Matt!"
Tim: "I nominate Tully." Sonia: "It's time to go, Tully!"

Made me laugh:D Tim truly is the nomination Nostradamus.

Yeah you're blinded by your hate of her. Which is totally fine haha, I can admit Im the same with Mikkayla.

Yeah Tim is delivering entertainment and Ben is delivering oddness ..... I would far rather have to spend a week hanging out with Tim than Ben

Ok , so my comment prob should be in a Ben thread .
I agree wholeheartedly with you . Just about every time I see Ben now I want someone to pass me a bucket.
This weird combination of man/child.
You have to have some level of self confidence to even apply for Big Brother. The way he constantly makes reference to the 'Twist' and how he talks quite audibly when he is alone, and references that he will see his Mum and Nanna in sept, and upped his behaviour after one of the evictees ( can't remember who ) suggested that he was all about himself and not interested in others.
Just Yuck. IMO

Yeah I agree. I think the show's been made a little too easy (?) for him.

Yeah, I just don't want them to be friends. But they do seem to be getting closer. They both can play pranks on each other and then are fine with it rather than taking it personal so they have that going for them. They were also adorable in the diary room together when she had her hair dryer and he had his jacket .. temporarily. And funny playing the saxaphones together. And she doesn't suck up to Tim which is also good.
 
Finally watched most of last nights show. I love him.

Exactly what I thought. He is suspicious of justynn and he knows something is up. I hope he visits the diary room to reveal his latest thoughts. Tim is to brilliant for this show and I say this because I just feel like they are forcing us to view this as the Ben show
 
You guys ... this is scary. During the mind reading challenge I got almost all of them right about Tim. Even the Ace of spades and the $100. Did anybody else get a lot right when it comes to reading Tim's mind?
