Sunburn.
My own fault tho... Dreading going to sleep, going to be painful every time I toss and turn.
Applied moisturiser, wish I had some aloe vera.[DOUBLEPOST=1450613356][/DOUBLEPOST]
Really?
A damp/wet sarong might cool you off
We are all damaged by our history, Delcan. Some use that experience to seek support and make positive change, while others use it to remain the eternal victim.CHIP nurses don't exist anymore in Qld Health. Update yourself. How about you ask them next time you see them? FFS as if a phone line to call is help. You're the one playing the victim card here, princess - who is to say Witty, reepbot, me etc. havent been "damaged" by our history as well - you've just assumed that. The fact everyone else responded with maturity and honesty to my question and didn't take it as a reason to spite me, and you are still crying about it on every thread speaks more about you than me, and says a lot about how much more mature other forum members are than you. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year - my present to myself is to keep you on ignore and enjoy the company of other forum members without your hate filled rants
Delcan if I had a dollar for everytime you hysterically squealed you are putting me on block, I could buy the interweb.
Ban me then. I don't give a fuck
But you do, Delcan. Otherwise you wouldn't be here having a tantrum because I dared to share an opinion you didn't like.
You're just upset because you didn't manage to whip up a Trala lynch mob like you usually do when you hysterically squeal BULLY STALKER when I have the audacity to answer a post you have directed at me.
Oh and we still use CHIP nurses and Case Managers for clients who need extra support in the community.

The Stuff I hate .......
and it has been going on since I was very young - from when I can remember
It is a bit Material - But not so ......
I have always been given a Christmas Present and Birthday Present as one. Just because they are sooo close together. Not sure when dec 25 and jan 18 became so close - but they are in my Mums eyes - and I have expressed my dislike for this to her - but it has never changed
At least I get a card in Jan
I get really angry at this and will have to let go of it
Suppose it is just about having a special day - just for myself -

The last dollar that made someone hysterically squeal was in a strip club last month
The mate celebrating his 40th had me pay for a sweet ass gal that made his spoont thru his denim jeans just by rubbing her tanned buns against them effortlessly
Naturally old muggins here attracted the elderly mother of 3 stripper that complained about the traffic ahead to get all three to school
and that she was sure and certain that one of them had a life threatening ailment that only a trip to the ATM ( my fkn 4th that night/morn ) would assist
As if 100000 facebook likes wouldnt have cured her kid

I actually had to block him.
Now I don't want you to think I am ignoring you because I'm not, you're back on block.
BTW You can tell Witty that given the fact I can't see his posts, I must still have him on block. You can also tell him I will be deblocking him directly LOL
SAME WEEK AS:I understand why you did it. I used to spasmodically need a block break when I was being hounded.
I have never been partial to the block function

totally see your point & sympathise
my mum's birthday IS on Christmas Day and I make an effort to have separate gifts for each occasion for her - and because I'm usually not in NZ for Christmas I made sure we "celebrate" her birthday somehow on my next visit across the ditch
when I was younger and more self-absorbed I used to wonder why mum was a bit tense and cranky on Christmas - now I totally get it that doing the majority of the work towards Christmas Day when it was also her birthday and not much recognition of that was behind it
my sons' birthdays fall 2 weeks either side of Christmas ... I've found over the years my husband's family just forget altogether about their birthdays - which I found rather mean when they were younger.
the "this is for Christmas AND birthday" phrase gets me ... especially when not a lot of thought went into the gift anyway
I hate those screen protector things ... They are as bad as having to put contact on the boys school books back in the day ... Damn bubbles you can't get rid of ... There's always ONE that you just can't get rid of ...
Yes first world problems once again

Awww, you are too kind to me. Thank you @Affable as well - I appreciate you so much. Thanks for assuming the best of me instead of the worst - it means a lot to me. You never know where people are really on this forum, so I appreciate your kindness

It's not materialistic at all. You deserve a special day. I love you and I don't think I'm alone.

It is my Mums birthday on Xmas Day and she always said she hated it as a kid because of the exact reasons you both said. She never had a party because no-one would come etc... so I always try to make it a bit more special for her... extra gifts for birthday and a birthday cake. You deserve your own special day @hooleydooley , everybody else gets one and @crimmy I was always the same too when I was younger.. why is Mum so aggy? It's only when we get older and less self absorbed that we go "Ohhhhhhhh.. yeah!" That sucks about your boys too... people with birthdays near Xmas really get the short straw don't they.
Columbo
Never again
People who park in front of my rubbish bins after I have taken them out so my rubbish isn't taken away!
How rude of them!
