Point is that some people are being mislabelled as anti-vaxx only because they've decided not to take the vaccine themselves. There can be many reasons why someone would make that choice and unless you know someone's story it's unfair to judge. It doesn't mean they're against the practice of vaccination or oppose others from getting vaccinated. An anti-vaxxer is someone who is against the practice of vaccination.

Ironic thing is that a lot of these so called “anti-vaxxers“ are paying tax that goes towards the Disability Support Pension where some are physically able to work but choose not to.

Would you prefer that unvaccinated, non socially distanced, unmasked protesters just run wild without consequence and spread an infectious disease that has awful health consequences up to and including death? If not that, what do you think should be happening instead? If you don't like what is happening what is the solution?
 
Yeah after the 16th of September I don't care what they do. I'm more worried about the police using their powers to enforce a totalitarian regime in the future.

The vaccine is not a force field. You can still get Covid even when vaccinated. You will hopefully not die from it, but it still has the potential to damage your lungs and shorten your life.

How is the police arresting a few complete strangers impacting your life in comparision?
 
Oh well if I die, I die. I'm more worried about the police and their powers. Using covid as a scare tactic to control the population. Especially when we reach eighty percent vaccination.
 
Basically what Isee and others are advocating for are that we stay locked up for the rest of our lives even though they are protected with the vaccine… Some logic.
 
I just had a scary thought. What if we get to eighty percent vaccination but they never tell us? What if the various governments lie to us about the vaccination rate so they, along with their jackbooted thugs with badges, continue with their dictatorial powers that they've loved using so much?
 
what I am in favour of is listening to healthcare experts and scientists on what is best for society (which will include both physical and mental health as well as economically) rather than being dictated to by either politicians or vigilanties.

All they want is to continue their careers. At the moment they can't decide on whether to appeal to anti-lockdown voters, or voters who actually want the virus to be over with so we can actually return to normal again.

Lol.

Anti lockdown and people wanting the virus to be over with are linked. Only problem is these Premiers say that the virus is never going away. So there is no “virus being over with” or “returning to normal”.

There's a variety of healthcare experts and scientists out there. You could probably pick any of sort of view on the pandemic and you'll probably find a handful of experts supporting it. Not all of them are in agreement about everything.
