There are people who label themselves that in Melbourne (and other places). They go around and draw/put swastikas up and other distressing things. I have a friend who often sees stickers with them on on the stock route in kensington on her daily walk and spends time trying to remove them before others can can see them. So using a phrase they call themselves is different than labelling someone something. It is like me calling Columbo Autistic/on the spectrum. it is something he has identified himself as.

But overall yes it is a word that is offensive and Columbo does know that and is deliberatly using that to get a reaction and show a catfish he is a bad boy. Which is sad.
 
What's sad is that there are people who see dictator Dan's nazi thugs with badges beating and harassing freedom fighters and they think it's perfectly normal. It frightens me, and it concerns me for the future of my country.

Understandable. Personally, I just don’t like the word. Shocking that people actually call themselves that if so. Even more shocking that the media keeps pushing the word out for all to see. Country has been terrible for a while now so nothing surprises me anymore.

I agree. Nazi is not a nice word but I do not like the term neo nazi either. All kind of bad words and labels.
 
I don't use the word nazi to show a catfish I'm bad. I'm not that deluded. I use it because I am strongly against people who misuse their authority. Because it shows a cowardly weakness imo.

If you are not doing it to rile people up then can I suggest you do some research into why people are offended by your casual use of the word? You are using it it inappropriately and offensively. Please stop.

I am not bullying you I am asking you politely to please refrain from using that word as it is a word with very strong,offensive and distressing connotations. You can continue to have your views about police but just use a different word please.
 
Nope, I think I will keep using that word because I feel that strongly about the awfulness that authorities are doing to destroy the soul of their community.
