Yeah kite surfing good to watch. Never done it thoiugh or windsurfing.
Still surf on occassion albeit with a longer board now but not frequently . Lifes issues get in the way.
I always treasure the feeling of it. You can forget about the wolrd and your issues and angst and lose yourself in the fluid kinetic energy.
Love watching the tour. Probably my fave sport to watch. Each surfer attacks the liquid canvass in their own way. Power carves, aerials, tradional top to bottom rail carves.
No wave is ever the same.
No surfer surfs the same way to others on any given wave.
Its fluid. Dynamic. Artful

You do recall the litany of isults I've endured
However, once Columbo said tnat people have been banned for TOS, mods (Brekkie) & lawyers were invoked
That is where my line in the sand is drawn
Having an ex bf who is a high powered lawyer, no one (we are all medical in my extended famiy) joke about them
So, beleive me I understad joke but I also understand the law
Lucky for you we had parlay
Don't bring this subject or so called PDA again

That's why I windsurf, less chance of shark bites(haha) more actual fun
too scary for me

We can agree to disagree. I like the simplicity of a board. Your body flexing and torquing at the coalface.
But I like watching wind and kite surfing..just never have done it.
 
Hooray for drama/inigo when they post non bigoted stuff and/or are not encouraged or enabled to post bigoted stuff.

learning to windsurf was easier than surfing
also the Pacific is cold & I don't like wet suits
one can windsurf on a lake when camping
i've boogie boarded, but never actually tried to stand on a board LOL
I also never skateboarded or snowboarded
or slalom waterskiied
meh LOL so many sports so little time to stray from one's fave
