just found this historic (no sounnd) shot of the very beginning of windsurfing, Friends around UCLA were also the ones to invent the Hobie cat & other innovations. The great thing about surfboards, is they really are a sort of practical sculpture in the ocean. So no arguement from me, whatever gets one into tne water is perfect
