Good. Who wants to watch a bunch or normal people sitting in a house for three months? To be honest, I think the house would be a lot more interesting if they chucked in a few more eccentrics. As long as Big Brother tries to avoid putting sociopaths in the house, then I don't see the problem.
Anyway, I tend to take the view than insanity is often a sane response to an insane world. I can usually sympathise with the weird ones, but normal people often leave me cold. I think that if I knew their life stories, I could probably begin to understand why Jade is so crippled in her interaction with men, or why Tully gets upset at the drop of a hat, or why Tim feels to compelled to be the centre of attention, or why Ben lacks the life experience of most men his age.
But nothing will ever make me understand how Ed can be so perfectly boring, or how Tahan can be so obsessed with her petty little Facebook social squabbles, or how Katy and Lucy can be so happy all the time, or how Matt can return from front line combat without suffering from severe post traumatic stress. Normal people are just so unrelatable.
