I just want to add, if the housemates do enter "two by two" and there is any doubt as to who actually steps foot in the house first, I will allocate them in alphabetical order, so if the first two housemates are Roger and Betty and it's too close to call, then Betty will be considered #1 and Roger #2.

Just quoting my earlier post to reiterate how HMs will be allocated just in the event it's too hard to tell the order they step into the house. Obviously in the above scenario if Roger can be seen clearly entering first he will be #1.
