Bit of an insult for an actually decent singer like Christine Anu to be eliminated early.

Everyone is raving about the Queen/Kate Miller-Heidke, but her performance tonight was so theatrical, and not in a good way, in a fingernails on a blackboard way. Just because you CAN sing like that doesn't mean you should or make it pleasing to listen to.

It was quite the awesome performance by the Queen KMH. I hope she wins.
 
I think the guesses that Dragonfly is Jo Beth Taylor or Nat Bass are pretty accurate. The clincher is both were on I'm A Celeb, and the "ALMOST 100" clue. Jo Beth Taylor's hit was '99 Reasons', and Nat Bass had one called '1000 Stars'.

Totally agree! I love that song and I thought the Queen did not do it justice at all...whoever she may be.

I agree. Normally the judges guesses are more of a distraction than a help. I was legitimately surprised when Danni actually guessed KMH tonight. But yeah I hadn’t considered Jo Beth Taylor but it does make sense.
 
Ratings:
Main Show - 767,000 / 2nd in Demo's
Reveal - 929,000 / 1st in Demo's

I have to admit, I thought it would be rating a lot closer to the million mark like last year, especially considering the lock down in some parts of the country.
 
I think a lot more people are watching it online - even if it is live.
My cousins who have young kids watch nothing on Free to Air. Probably lots of families like this...

Close to a million for the reveal is pretty bloody good.

I was in the audience for Episode 7 so I know who goes home this week and next BUT no spoilers from me 🤐
 
Last series....was much better, because of...
Paulina, she was fantastic
Mills, the wolf was sexy awesome
And Cody of course
Just do not find this lot as engaging, and performances a bit dull
That puppet really annoys me
Feels like this show is aimed at grannies & kids

I 100% agree with this!
There is something this year that feels a bit off and slightly less engaging/entertaining than last year, but I can't put my finger on what it is.
