OMG I didn't know that but I did know Guy was part of that cult. He came from Adelaide from Paradise AOG, my old church when I was religious........

If it wasn't for them mass voting he would never have won Idol.

I beg to differ. He was clearly the teen girls' favourite. 99% of them wouldn't have given a toss about his religion. Even my mum adored him enough to vote for him. The dude was (still is) talented and likeable. That's why he won.

Although I don't agree with writing off anyone, reality show contestants or otherwise, due to religious affiliation. To each their own.

Anyone take a look at Judith Lucy's Spiritual Journey? I thought she did well to restrain herself from ripping the priest a new one a few times. Rebecca the nun was lovely. I think I'm going to quite enjoy this show.

I've been really enjoying the Judith Lucy show, she's a smart and funny lady.

I never watched Young Talent Time but I loved It's a Knockout! I remember Fiona MacDonald hosted it, with a guy... can't for the life of me remember his name!

Not so sure it would work now though? Might end up like that silly Wipeout show.
 
I wouldn't care if I didn't know they were Hillsong, but the fact that they like to tell everyone about it puts me off.

If I didn't know I wouldn't care - as soon as someone starts in with 'I'd like to thank god' I switch off. Thank yourself for flips sake YOU did it.

Hillsong kiddies are too bland and boooooring. :)

TV Tonight have confirmed that Channel 10 will included a new version of YTT in their 2012 lineup at their programming launch next week.
 
hmm..can't remember. Did they have three contestants singing a week? Or was that another show? I vaguely recall Evie Hayes judging something but like I said..could have been a different show.
 
The YTT kids just sang with no competition but there were also 3 competition entrants each week, wasn't Normie Rowe one of the judges along with Evie?

John Foreman was a contestant on YTT.
