It really isnt.

Youre saying that show is bad, therefore gay = bad.
Think about it for a while. It's offensive.

Oh I'm not going to think about it.......Really people are too sensitive on here...... I didn't mean it in an offensive way so why take it that way.

If you honestly cannot comprehend how 'gay=bad' is an offensive, insensitive and highly ignorant label ... then words fail me, quite honestly.
 
It's something kids may say, and as allican said, it should be corrected.

We're not being oversensitive or picking on you Mud Cake, just pointing out to you something you may not have realised.

Ok I won't use that word again........ And no I really did think it had a use in slang
 
It does have a use in slang - just as the n___ and f___ words do.
That doesn't make it right though, and if you choose to use it then you choose to be offensive.
I accept that you didn't realise, I didn't think you were being deliberately offensive.

Don't stop using it just because we told you to though - it's better if you stop using it because you realise it's bad.
 
Question: WTF is the point of having a digital channel devoted to sport, One, if Ten aren't going to use it to show the Commonwealth Games? Why does normal programming have to be interrupted on the main channel because of it???
 
I spose because they have to cater for all the dolts that still don't know what digi tv is yet.

Or also - one is only available in HD here. If you have a SD set top box/digi tv - you'd miss out.

2 potential reasons.
1. they cant show it on the digital channel. there are rules about what you can and cant show on digital channels, maybe that has something to do with it.

2. it rates better on channel 10, certaintly better than most of everything else they will be showing on channel 10. its a good money making avenue.

Actually there is One and One HD One is in SD resolution while One HD is in HD
 
We've had this discussion before.

One HD is the only ONE here.
We do not have One SD.

I never said one sd doesn't exist entirely. I just said it wasn't available here.
 
Watching the most heart wrenching story on Bio, "Telling Nicholas" it's a documentary about a woman who died in 9/11 and the effect on her family. Filmed from just a day or two after it happened. It is currently day 10 and they have just told a little boy his mum is dead :(
 
strange family dynamics, the parents were divorced that the dead womans parents were fighting with the dad..very complicated.
