Haven't caught it in a couple of weeks. What happened Cowie? and who to??
 
Wasn't it a bit of a cop out? Did anyone actually die? The ads were like "one of them doesn't survive"...
 
I thought it was a bit of a dud too. So didn't match up with the hype. It was an ok episode but wasn't deserving of weeks worth of build up.

It's very good..........the headmaster is alreaedy a hoot 10 mins in.
 
I just sat down to watch the Farmer wants a wife and OMG what a pile of tosh.... So unreal and scripted imho..... Won't watch ever again.
 
Watched some of that and some of Chrissie on Worms - she's doing awesome, lots of laughs, she's such a natural.

Was this a GCB catchup? It's was on last week too, I love that Chenowith woman
 
Oh actually it wasn't the first ep. She was already working at the hooters bar and something horrid had already happened in church the week before and it didn't show her arrival with her kids to texas. Doh I'm silly. I thought it was the first ep but they wouldn't start something like that. But it was good.

I totally forgot about Chrissie. I love Chrissie. Though I read on FB they talked about circumcision which I find that boring.
 
good christian bitches - name had to be changed because the loser americans were all 'won't somebody think of the children'

It has been cancelled already.
 
The novel was Good Christian Bitches and that was the working title but was changed to Good Christian Belles. There's 10 eps in the season, I sure hope it doesn't end on a total cliff hanger if it's been axed. It's a bit like Desperate Housewives, a bit whacky and there is something mysterious.

I watched the first ep and have recorded last nights ep....will watch it when I get a chance. I enjoyed the first ep...all I wanna see is the episode where one of the bitchy ladies daughters cheerleading outfit bursts :D
 
I had high hopes for it, loved Steel Magnolias, but really didn't take to the first ep and forgot it was on last night. Hopefully I will get to catch it again.

That was on last night, and it wasn't that funny or even interesting.
 
People do know that GCB was cancelled in the US right?

It only lasted 6 or 8 eps so I'm curious why an Australian network even bothered to air it here.
