The Block: Glasshouse

What I love about the block is what is happening i.e. the market fucks the media right up the arse by paying what the market thinks is the “correct” value for the Jerry built shacks.
 
Again being a noob, the area didn't even look that flash. It seemed so industrial. Anyone have any excuses for why this was such a failure
 
Heartbreaking :-( The boys won and they're too polite to show they're happy, I think they're actually feeling pretty crappy about their win :-(
 
It's so hard to gauge which order is best. The year Brad and Lara won it was better to go first.
It's far from the worst auction results. I remember a year when a few of them were passed in. Then they made more realistic reserves the following year.
Max and Karstan were ripped off with reserve :frown:
