I think Michael and Carlene's apartment is nicer than Chris and Jenna's. This time going first actually really affected the outcome. If it wasn't for the Asian couple Chris and Jenna's and the boys' apartments would not have gone that high.

I'm glad they took home a decent amount considering they'll be splitting the prize money between them (you'd assume).
Yeah - I do like it when contestants that aren't couples get high profits because they split it.

The boys were very humble in their win. Congratulations to them.

I'm just so disappointed for Max & Karstan and Michael & Carlene.

I think the next block should be in cabramatta, get that asian money

I would have bought C&J appartment as there wasn't heaps of mirrors & glass through the apartment.

The buyers of Chris and Jenna's and the boys will have to wait quite a few years to get any equity in their apartments.

Plus the bathrooms were great and the kitchen was great too. The laundry wasn't so great but a laundry doesnt have to be imo. I'd like a place where the bathrooms and kitchens are great and then I can do what I want to the other areas.

Well @Kaz maybe this season we can actually rent one of the units when they hit the rental market in the next couple of months as they always do. These investors got a hell of a deal so maybe they'd cut us a deal in return lol

I think they made a mistake putting the reserves so high on a building that isn't aesthetically pleasing.
Next year I predict they'll drop the reserves low so that everyone makes heaps again so they will continue to rate..

That's right @jessy_girl , Polly and Waz were the only ones to go over reserve that year by around $15K and it got them the $100, 000 because nobody else sold on the day.

The Block Glasshouse was a massive fail.
I agree. It was too much too.

No wonder people don't want to fork out heaps of money when they can see how rushed all the rooms were completed. It was double the space of Fans vs Faves yet they had to do it with the same amount of money. It's ridiculous. I hope the next season doesn't have the apartments be so big.
