Cheap & Nasty
I absolutely can't stand Dee, she's such a horrible human being. How dare she go berserk over not winning rooms she's ripped off the designs for anyway. She just plods around being a nasty bitch and expects wins to be handed to her. She's never been ripped off at all, she's gotten higher scores than she's deserved on multiple occasions. She's become insufferable to watch!

I don't like it

Oh, you're just adorable! I love Dee, too! We could be besties.

SAPIOSEXUAL
Dee's a bossy bitch but she is fun to watch, and I only watch very casually, reveals - until it's Doctor time (so I never get the results).
I just watch here and there, and try to avoid the stupid challenges, don't think I have seen one actually.
So, the only people I can form hatred for - channel 9, and fat Scott shit me.
Dee is funniest when she goes all out shrieking bogan about others being bogan, hysterical, does she do that on purpose, being ironic???
Seems people add an extra layer of hatred because it does suck putting rich footy players into this game, and she seems to feel very entitled.
Michael is my favourite, he is adorable, a real sweetie, and I like that apartment apart, not the weird bathroom

Shaynna is so fucking irritating. Rude. Lacks personal style. Voice like fingernails on a chalkboard.

It really has dragged on this time. And it throws out the BB scheduling. So there's another apartment and another 2 weeks to go. Do we really deserve this punishment?
They always drag this shit out after the final reveal whether it's a communal area, a house for a family, etc. Normally I don't mind as there's at least one couple I want to win but this year is just a big no for me.
For those outside of this thread who are complaining that BB is too clean and skewing towards kids, they should want The Block to stay on as long as possible because if/when BB gets moved to 7:30 it's going to be even worse.

- Just as teams on The Block: Glasshouse finished their 'week from hell' putting together their final room reveals of their apartments, Scott Cam revealed a twist.
The five couples were ecstatic to be done after a grueling nine week build but Scottie had other plans.
Telling the teams on Sunday night's episode, that there was in fact a 'secret apartment' in the Glasshouse.
The Block twist: Scott Cam told the teams of a 'secret' apartment in the Glasshouse, known as Apartment 6
'That big empty daunting space right in the middle of your building is of course another apartment' Scottie revealed.
'Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, study, dining, living, I don't have to tell you all of this, you've just finished one.
'Let's call it the final challenge.' he teased, telling them no-one was packing their bags and heading home just yet.
Each team would get to choose which room they renovate but the catch was that there had to be 'one cohesive design' throughout the apartment - meaning they would all have to come together.
Group exercise: The teams will spend the next two weeks working together on the new appartment
Teamwork: The individual styles are going to have to come together for this apartment as the judges want 'one cohesive design' throughout
'I can't wait to see you all working together to create one style,' Scott told them with a cheeky grin.
'I expect the next two weeks to be absolutely insane' Max said of the news
Although, her fiance Karstan seemed a little more optimistic about the experience, telling the camera enthusiastically: 'Tools down, beers all round!'
'There's going to be punch ups in there' Dee laughed, although Darren was a little less impressed by the entire prospect.
'It's going to be f***ing nuts!' the former footballer said of bringing together the five very different design styles.

Top space! Dee and Darren won the outdoor terrace challenge in the final room reveals
+17
Winning combination: The judges loved the 'more is more' decoration in the room and the relaxing indoor/outdoor vibe that brings the whole apartment together
Value add: The Double D's created a mezzanine level to their terrace, which became a balcony to the bedroom with city views
Adding fuel to the fire, Scottie also announced an incentive to the teams.
'At the end of each week, the three best rooms will be able to take some serious cash off their reserves. The winning room each week will take off $20,000, second $15,000 and third place will take $10,000 off their reserve.
The shock twist was revealed just after Darren and Dee won the final individual room reveal for their multi-level outdoor terrace, with a mezzanine built in, providing an extension to the bedroom which boasted city views.
The judges were wowed by the look and feel of the apartment, saying: 'every little detail worked together in harmony', with the terrace having a transforming effect on the entire place.
Second place: Michael and Carlene's terrace with fake lawn and bamboo shoots impressed the judges
Bringing it all together: The judges said they now understood the exposed brick inside the house, bringing the two areas together
The married couple received a near perfect score, getting tens from all three judges but lost a point for not displaying the disco vertical garden housewarming gift from Chris and Jenna, from the earlier Love Thy Neighbour challenge.
While for Michael and Carlene, forgetting their housewarming gift from Max and Karstan, cost them the win, coming in just half a point behind the Double D's.
'I had the poo pipe sitting there next to the door to go in and in the rush, I completely forgot to put it in and that would have obviously got us the win.
'So, I just cost us ten grand. Oopsies.' Michael admitted to the camera.
Transformative: The judges were impressed with Max and Karstan's outdoor space, saying the addition transformed the whole apartment and made it seem less clinical
'One of the best examples I've seen': Judge Neil Whitaker loved the couple's verticle garden feature
Max and Karstan weren't far behind, with the judges loving their 'bold' terrace.
Judge Neil Whitaker marvelled at not only the matching colour palette but the way the living space and kitchen fit together with the terrace space.
'One of the best examples I've seen yet' Neil said of the vertical garden - a key feature for inner city living these days.
'This is what their apartment desperately needed, some warmth, the greenery that made it feel more homely and less clinical' judge Shayna Blaze added.
Unsteadying: The heavy hanging pots in Simon and Shannon's apartment made judge Shaynna Blaze uneasy
Divided: The judges were split on their thoughts on the brothers' terrace design
While the brother's retro Seventies inspired terrace, divided the judges.
Simon and Shannon's decision to hang large heavy pots, suspended from the beams above, didn't have the desired effect on Shaynna, who was too scared to stand under them.
'The question I'm wondering is - why?' she asked looking up vigilantly and taking a step back into the apartment.
However Neil and third judge Darren Palmer loved the retro concept, saying it was very 'on trend'.
'This isn't a hipster's haven, its an abandoned warehouse' Shaynna exclaimed, saying she hated it and that it 'lacked soul and lacked energy'.
Chris and Jenna had the biggest job of all the Blockheads, with not one but two terraces to complete in the week and setbacks including structural and weather related.
Unfinished: Although Chris and Jenna didn't finish their massive task, the judges were impressed they didn't give up altogether and decorated the space for the reveal
'Missed the mark': The judges were disappointed with Chris and Jenna's rooftop sun deck, saying it lacked warmth, was impractical and missed the mark
Lacking warmth: The judges were very disappointed the couple chose to have a big screen TV as the focus of the great outdoor space
This meant that their areas went into the reveal unfinished.
'The terraces are exactly what we wanted - well, not the not finishing part but the timber, steel and trusses and we can look back and be proud of what we created' Jenna said.
Scott told the couple that the judges were 'genuinely impressed they hadn't given up the fight'
'They have had to compromise, they haven't finished but damn well, good on them' Shaynna added with marvel.
While it was fairly positive feedback for their huge downstairs terrace, the judges were not at all impressed with the rooftop sun deck.
Tension: Chris and Jenna were left arguing after failing to complete their terraces
'What a missed opportunity' Shaynna said with disappointment.
'This should have been the unique special feature that would blow all the other apartments out of the water at auction' Shaynna added in her feedback.
The New South Wales team came in last for their unfinished efforts, scoring 21 points.
Now that the individual apartments have been complete with only a few tweaks required before auction day, the teams will spend their last two weeks on The Block working together on Apartment 6.
The Block: Glasshouse continues on Monday at 7.30pm on the Nine Network.
Rushing to finish: It was all hands on deck as Michael and Carlene rushed to finish their room in time following a week of setbacks and delays for all teams
