Happy Birthday Summer time babies - we bring the sunshine
A study in the journal Nature Neuroscience has revealed that the season you’re born in can significantly impact the way your body clock works. Evidence seems to suggest that those born in the summer months have happier lifelong dispositions than winter babies. Researchers exposed mice to varying amounts of sunlight in the first months of life and found that those raised in summer-like conditions coped better than those who went through the a winter cycle.

I do think the research is good, most of my family are winter babies, depressing souls, and being born 2nd day of summer I kind of felt like I owned summer growing up, here comes the sun, here comes my birthday.............
(Being in volatile thunderstorm season, they also tried to sadden my sunshine, told me thunder was god mad at me, I grew up with hellish bitches for older sisters - Tahan pfft, she doesn't even register on my bitch scale)

I am an optimist.
And maybe it isn't such a drastic syndrome here since we get a lot more sunshine than most countries - but I can really see it in my family.

Your theory may hold water, I was born in the winter in Canada and I tend to be a little on the moody/dark side rather than the sunny side - though I am an optimist. lol, a gloomy optimist nearly always a little bit happy
