My concern is not specifically with the fact that he was married and that he has kids, but more that he's been separated 4 years and the divorce is still not final. This indicates complications... I really hope the rumours (that the reason the divorce is taking so long is because he's dragging his feet in hopes of reconciling with his wife) are not true.

4 years is nothing in divorce, you have to prove you have been separated for at least 12 months, for starters before you can even apply, and after you divorce you only have a short time to finalise all financial matters.....then no going back, it is final.
Only stuff to do with kids is flexible, like their needs and money to do with them. And he has loads of loot, that always takes longer.But taking 3 years to settle is NOTHING.

Not quoting the whole article but I'm seriously so disgusted by this... what is wrong with our legal system? You can injure someone so horrifically and get away with a measly fine?
