The Bachelor Australia 2015

I don't post much, I prefer to read you, but I was wondering when will people notice that.
Indeed, whoever said that Sam and Snez are made of the same cloth are correct. Snezana's edit was quite telling how much they shielded her. It also helped that her relationship with Sam was focused on her being a mother. But there were signs of jealousy early on after her first date with Sam, only that it wasn't as prominent as it was with Heather and her flushed cheeks. I'm convinced she was reassured by Sam much more than anyone else - Sam admitted in one interview that there were things he said that weren't shown because it would be too obvious early on who he was falling for - and she never felt threatened by Nina, her friend or Heather, who everyone knew Sam wasn't into, so no wonder she was happy for them at the rose ceremonies, since they were just a number to fill the spot.
Of course she can say now that she keeps in touch with those 2 + another single mom Krystal (who lives far away), while Jacinda, Bec, Laura, Zilda, Emily, Sandra, Sarah, Ebru, Tessa, Joni and Lana (final 15 women) hang out together or are publicly showing their support to each other (and not much for Sam).
Even though I doubt she actually has any real friendship with Heather, because Heather herself is very outspoken who her friends are and who she is the closest to (Sarah, Tessa, Joni, Jacinda, Nina and Rachel from Adelaide) and she doesn't list Snezana among them.

I think Heather and Sarah are close to Lana as well, they seem to have built a genuine friendship to me. Sarah basically nommed Lana for the crown. I agree with your point completely

Yes, all whilst having a partner of 6 years on outside. The relationship did last a bit though. Some sad trivia is that he later took his own life, hopefully nothing to do with Jo and her time on BB.

I actually liked Jo...

I saw pictures of her from a couple of years ago and she was married with a couple of kids. She still looked good.

I remember Ben, Patrick, Saxxon , and Vincent being all over her during her time in the house. Daniel, my favourite bb contestant ever, wasn't. I didn't mind Jo.

People who go on shows like this have to be pretty shameless and attention seeking, same as Big Brother, hence why you won't see me cry any tears for their 'heartbreak' or be upset on their behalf for the mistreatment they've supposedly suffered.

So you didn't get upset on Estelle's behalf? Interesting.

That's very sad :(

I can't remember if I actually liked Jo or not but I remember her so she must have been a worthwhile HM.

That was a good season. I might watch it again.

Some of the best stuff wasn't in daily shows though lol
Not remotely similar. The girls knew going into this what the deal was, with only one of them picked as the 'winner' for dating a guy simultaneously. :shamefully:

Given the bizarre nature of the concept and the odds ( 1 out of 10+) against them from the start I think it's reasonable to assume that they should've mentally prepared for what was most likely in store for them.

Whereas no one going into Big Brother expects to be bullied throughout the show by a psycopath.

Yes, i agree. I believe Sarah and Rachel (the original) were the closest in the mansion with Heather also, when they shared the room, together with Jacinda (who seems to have bonded with Bec and Nina, even though those 2 later had a fall-out, and Laura & Emily). Then after Jaci and Rach left and Lana joined, they bonded with her (and they were also the only 2 who accepted Lana). Heather was never a threat to anyone, because they all believed that she was friendzoned by Sam, so girls got along with her fine, except Jasmin, who showed some jealousy, and Emily, who later admitted that she misjudged her. And Emily was kinda right when she kept questioning Sam and what was he looking for in Heather and Heather was wrong to trust his words and believe he actually cared about her.

Didn't she end up hooking up with Michael?

Yeah I feel I have seen pics of her recently too, presumably on here as no idea where else. She looked good and seemed happy, I guess she was quite young during BB so has matured since. She's lucky there was no social media.

Definitely very memorable. I think she was more entertaining than likeable when I've rewatched it but I still liked her for whatever reason.

Well I appreciate that I'm not just over analysing now lol.

In all seriousness though, it was something I picked up on because I wanted to hear every heather interview, and not once she elaborated on Snez. I found it so strange initially. It was only after the finale I picked up on it and starting to make a place for it because I noticed not many seemed to tweet about the finale it congratulating Sam and Snez... Well that's based on what I read on this thread. Maybe they did afterwards I don't know.

I can't remember who said it, but it was posted it would make sense to protect Snez if she did win. And well piecing it all together, something does not add up at all.

Maybe that's why he turned on her, she saw him bullshitting a mile away. She goes seem like someone to question him

I think Heather does think very highly of Snez. I read an interview recently where Heather was gushing about how much of a good mother Snez is and how lucky Eve is, etc.

Saying that though if I were Heather, as much as I might have loved Snez, I couldn't help but hate her a little bit if she knew Snez had won. Not because she got Sam, but because Heather was the one getting put through hell while the show was airing. She was the one getting stalked by the media and having them write every God awful thing about her because they thought she'd won. She was the one having to do the media circuit and gush about Sam to deflect while everyone assumed she'd won. Snez pretty much got to go about her life while Heather was taking all the hits (while trying to get over her own heartbreak).

That's another reason why I really think it's shit Sam coming out in the media and laying it on thick that he had no feelings for Heather like he did...especially if it was to appease Snez. It would have been much harder for them to keep their relationship under wraps if Heather wasn't being such a good sport and taking all the hits to deflect attention off them.
