The Bachelor Australia 2015

I'm going to play Devil's advocate and say Sarah had said several times love might transpire in the future. I say phooey to the whole competition for a first date in the real world philosophy. Zamel's are throwing a 'bespoke commitment ring' at this and she was playing hypotheticals and what if maybes. The other two girls were also totally getting their boobs front and centre where Sam couldn't miss them on the dates, meanwhile Sarah was veiling, nay shawling, hers. Big mistake.

Or maybe lucky escape?

It seems like Tim might not be picking up on Anna's subtle hint. Notice Tim facing the camera, Anna facing Tim:

Ooh thanks for the info on Sam Frost, Witty Banter.

Don't take that opinion as gospel btw
She's a good girl. Not all that socially polished, which makes her relatable I guess, and quite funny.
She wasn't my favourite last year but she did get a raw deal/lucky escape.
I'm not sure what the faux relationship info is about though lol

I am so looking forward to The Bachelorette now. Sam Frost is beautiful and a good egg. The complete opposite of Sam Woods
Yeah I'm wondering how a female will be perceived by viewers in comparison to the male bachelors who so many (mostly females) have lambasted as being callous bastards for not showing more tact when letting them know their not what he's after.

The bachelorette will obviously also have to go through the same process with the guys vying for heart and it'll be very interesting how she's judged when she starts culling them as well.

Yes, he did meet Lana before the show at a party.
However, my sources have come through and confirm that Sam picks Snez and Lana had told her friends that he picked her so that she would get more support since she was an intruder and plans to launch her own brand after the show airs. This is how I find out about Lana as I know one of the contestants personally but she said that she was fed the wrong information about the winner at the time and was told by Lana's best friend that he picked her which is now not the case. Also, other tidbit I was told is that Sam and Snez are made from the same cloth. Take that whichever way you want but all I am privy to is that things are not as they seem and a lot was edited out regarding Snez since it would make a poor edit for a single mum. As with all things, time will tell.
Not surprised about the rumours about Snez. From the little I've seen of her my immediate impression is that something is off about this woman and no, and not's because she has a child. Her personality reminds me of girls I've had the misfortune of meeting and skeezy, drama seekers and untrustworthy are the words that come mind. Considering all the disdain the bachie has copped in this thread maybe they're suited for each other. :p

Oh, but it is gospel! Her rebound was a little bit aggressive...and imaginary. Dane Rampe is the name of the non-boyfriend.

No surprised at that info and those two deserve each other, who's your source? Its it Emily? If so did she get the letters I sent her? :sneaky:

There you go again trying to push some faux agenda.
I think this Bach is far more of a dick than Blake, at least with Blake I could empathise with some of his decisions and he at least cried getting rid of the last 4 or 5 girls.

I didn't watch the first series but word is Tim led on Ali too, its just the way this particular one has gone about it.

Anyone wonder how Bachies family would have reacted to meeting the final 4 instead of just final 2? Would have been interesting to see what they thought of Sarah and Heather too
They would not have any idea those girls existed and I would like to think his sister has called him a couple of times recently and told him "you idiot!!! What were you thinking!?"

If it were my family I think they would have cornered me into a room and not let me leave until I was convinced to pick Sarah. They'd be all "that nice blond girl lives around the corner".

Although my family are generally very anti moving to the other side of the country and taking on a child based on a relationship of 3 dates that started on a reality television show.

To be fair Sam has rode the wave of outrage whereas it seems Heather actually seems uncomfortable with it.

Try being totally humiliated in front of a nation and watch how your pride would kick in and dont judge til you walk in those shoes
Blake crumbled beneath pressure to provide the whole fairy tale and dragged her down with him.

If Sam produces ANY type of ring he is totally a fool and a moron as well as a barefaced liar as he's said in interviews he would not do it

Renaming it a commitment ring is the biggest load of bs ... I really felt a total disconnect watching last night ... and now Sarah's gone and I've never trusted motives of the last 2 standing I could care less who wins as I don't see either relationship being worth a hill of beans except for their own self-interests (all 3 of them)
Will be more than happy to be proved wrong when they appear in mags 5 years hence living their version of happily ever after away from constant spotlight, clever hashtags and filtered sekfies[/QUOTE]

most families would be!

Sarah seemed to be trying to present herself to appear older for the date - she also came across as very conservative Melbourne lady-who-lunches ... maybe subconsciously she was pushing him away

What annoys me with him keeping Heather when he KNEW she was in the friendzone for him early on but supposedly kept her in because she was 'fun to be around' was that he never even gave Rachel#1 a fair go. He was that selfish in his motives right there that it made me go right off him as a person ... and I truly don't care any more who he picks. Rachel came across as a really lovely person and she deserved his time & effort for at least one date. Why allow Heather to keep moving forward, develop feelings and expose herself to one and all - especially when she begged him NOT to take her to family dates ... I still can't get past that either ... he's a jerk for doing that to anyone!! If he picks Lana he's going to cop a lot of crap for dragging Snez along for the ride too - mainly because of involving Eve.

Last night the whole concept of the show fell to pieces for me ...

Listening to Sam's comments recently I'm 99% sure he knew right away he was going to choose Snez (his peen just knew) but he was like "shit, we've gotta film this for 13 weeks" and he decided he was going to drag Heather and Sarah right to the end because he liked their company with no intentions of ever picking either of them. Then when Lana came in he was all like "you beauty" because 1) he got a nice pool grope and 2) it let him get rid of Nina a week earlier who was too "opinionated" for Sam.

The most frustrating part is that because Sam had never planned to ever pick Sarah or Heather he never bothered to put in the ground work that would allow them to bring their walls down (Sarah's emotional one and Heather's physical one). Then when those walls didn't come down he blamed that completely on Sarah and Heather. Pfft, come on mate. Luckily Heather hasn't seemed to blame herself...but Sarah has and that is so freaking sad because it was not her fault, she did nothing wrong. Her response was completely natural in that situation and if Sam were ever serious about her he would have actually put in some effort to bring that wall down and considered why it was up to begin with...not just blamed her for it being there (it was exactly the same with Heather).

He completely used them both and then let them think they were at fault for not getting picked when he had no intentions of picking them to begin with.

Lisa was my favourite last year.

Heather's actually still defending Sam which says a lot about her character.
Rode the wave of outrage lol yes okay I will agree that Sam Frost does victim quite well - I think I just hate Blake so much that I don't mind so much.

The 35-year-old was seen selecting a diamond encrusted ring shortly before reducing his final three by eliminating blonde hopeful Sarah Mackay.

As he observed his unique creation on a computer screen, the assistant commented: 'That's a typical engagement ring.'

The move suggested Sam was in the mood for grand gestures ahead of Thursday night's finale, during which he choose his winner from remaining contestants Lana Jeavons-Fellows and Snezana Markoski.

Posting on Twitter, Zamels later revealed the ring is platinum and 18 carat gold with an additional 3.53 carat weight of diamonds, valued at $22,000.

Viewers watched on Wednesday evening as Sam choose Lana and Snezana over Sarah Mackay - the last remaining blonde in the competition.

'I am upset with myself for putting up this wall. I am heartbroken,' the Melbourne beauty said as she was whisked away from the swanky Bachelor mansion in the back of a limo.

Holding back tears, she added: 'I really, really did like the guy.'

Fair comment: As he observed his unique creation on a computer screen, the assistant commented 'That's a typical engagement ring

Sam made the difficult decision to eliminate Rachel after enjoying successful dates with Snezana and Lana - currently favourite to with the businessman's heart.

'Sarah you didn't receive a rose,' host Osher Gunsberg told her, in case there was any doubt in her mind.

Walking her out to say his final goodbye, the Tassie-born personal trainer had some emotional parting words for the event manager.

'You are this beautiful, driven, intelligent woman, I know you are destined for great love and great success,' he started out. 'But I feel like I probably didn't see those glimpses enough to be sure enough.

He added: 'We didn't grow as much as I would have hoped.'

The Bachelor finale will air on Thursday at 7.30pm on Network Ten.

The only good thing about watching last night's ep - had to speedwatch it when I got in late - was being corrected on Sam Frost's actual response to Blake's (recinded) proposal, 'Yes, a hundred per cent, yes!'

I found her so dull and annoying. Maybe she'll be more likable in the power position and with her new I am a serious person brown hair. Anyway, I watched Desiree's series (BROOKS!) so I can get through this one.

Oh, and Sam? Cheesy dick. Can't wait to see tonight's dick move.
