  • samjameswoodJust found this photo that one of the crew sent me. A little throw back to our date at The Opera House when Snez needed a touch up. #sopretty#steadyhands

I really like this picture. Too bad they feel the need to overplay/sleaze most of them up.

@chelle i don't think you're being naive or gullible or anything like that. We're all going to perceive things we see differently and there's nothing wrong with that. I personally don't agree with one of the theories floating around that they've already broken up...but I can see why others may think that...and I can also see how you've come to your own conclusions even if I don't agree with everything you say. No I don't personally think Sam and Snez will last a long time (especially in the current set up) - but I don't think it's naive to think/hope they will either.

Re your list of things you like: I actually agreed with all of those while I was watching the show...especially the one where I liked seeing the Bachelor pick someone that was age-appropriate for once. Unfortunately though the way they've protrayed themselves post-show has changed the way I see them (especially Snez - Sam I was a bit sceptical of torwards the middle/back end of the show). However while I find a lot of their photos immature and amping up a sleaze factor that doesn't mean that's what it is. It's just my perception of them. You only need to look at SM to know that a lot of others actually find them very romantic. Our views here are actually a minority :)

Heather Maltman confirms she's in a relationship with fellow actor Andrew Steele... who dated ANOTHER Bachelor contestant from first season of the show
ByALICIA VRAJLAL FOR DAILY MAIL AUSTRALIA

There's been plenty of speculation that The Bachelor Australia contestant Heather Maltman is set to be the next Bachelorette star after failing to win Sam Wood's heart.

But it looks like a repeat reality show gig for the 29-year-old brunette may be out of the question, after Heather has admitted she is dating fellow actor Andrew Steel.

Appearing on Channel Ten'sStudio 10talk show on Friday morning, Heather revealed: 'I may be seeing a human being'.

No longer single: Heather Maltman has revealed she is dating actor Andrew Steel, whom she posed with at Mercedes Benz Fashion Festival Sydney on Thursday night

Her admission came the morning after she was spotted posing on the red carpet with Andrew at the Mercedes Benz Fashion Festival in Sydney.

While on the red carpet at the event, Heather told AAP: 'There is a man, (a) human of interest'.

'Yes, you would have seen him this evening. He’s quite sexy and now I’m getting all uncomfortable because he can probably hear this conversation,' she added.

Meanwhile on Studio 10 on Friday, Heather spilled the beans she was in a relationship when the show's hosts Ita Buttrose, Sarah Harris, Jessica Rowe and Joe Hildebrand enquired if she would be the next Bachelorette after Sam Frost.

Say cheese! The 29-year-old aspiring filmmaker's glamorous dress featured an embroidered bodice of white flowers which spilled dramatically in the sheer skirt

It's true: She also confirmed she was no longer single while appearing on Channel Ten talk show Studio 10 on Friday morning

Ensuring she did no wrong by her new man, the bubbly personality confessed she was dating.

'I can't say that I am [going to be The Bachelorette] because I may be seeing a human being,' she said.

'It's very early,' she then added about her budding romance.

'So you found yourself a nice man?' one of the hosts asked, to which Heather responded, 'Yes, yes he is lovely'.

When host Sarah Harris jokingly enquired if he was an international model, making a hilarious reference to Thursday night's evictee David Witko, Heather giggled and responded: 'No, but he damn well looks like it. I got myself a pretty one'.

Coming clean: Heather spilled the beans she was in a relationship when the show's hosts Ita Buttrose, Sarah Harris, Jessica Rowe and Joe Hildebrand enquired if she would be the next Bachelorette after Sam Frost

Someone's shy: 'It's very early,' she then added about her budding romance, also saying 'he's lovely'

On Thursday night Heather certainly put her best fashion foot forward as she attended the Mercedes Benz Fashion Festival in Sydney.

She stunned in a floor length gown and dared to bare her derriere and slender legs, thanks to the sheer skirt of the garment.

And she certainly had some arm candy on hand, posing in front of the media wall with handsome Andrew suited up and right by her side.

Andrew, who has starred on Home And Away and an array of short films, was recently a finalist for the search for an Australian star to join US soap Days Of Our Lives.

He and Heather would certainly have plenty to chat about, as Heather has also starred in local dramas like Channel Seven's Winter alongside Rebecca Gibney.

The NIDA graduate is also familiar with dating a bachelorette, after romancing Season One contestant Laura Clemesha who failed to win Tim Robards' heart back in 2013.

It has also been reported that Andrew auditioned to be The Bachelor star himself in 2013, but lost to chiropractor Tim.

The pair's romance comes after Heather was recently linked to the likes of Big Brother star Tim Dormer (total BS that was - Tim denies having even met her!) and comedian Ash Williams.

Busted: Cleo Bachelor Ash Williams met The Bachelor's Heather Maltman at the KISS FM studios recently, sparking rumours the pair were set to be an item

First encounter: The duo had flirted on social media before meeting, and later went on a date together

In fact, earlier this month Ash was left speechless while appearing on the Dave Hughes and Kate Langbroek show, when it was revealed he had left Heather's hotel in the early hours of a Sunday morning.

Inviting Annabelle- a staffer who witnessed the hotel-exit- on the air to describe what she saw, they were told: 'I saw Ash Williams at 3am last night leaving the Olsen Hotel on Chapel Street and he looked really happy.'

Trying to avoid admitting it was him, Ash replied: 'Are you sure it was me? There are a lot of guys with top knots.'

But Annabelle simply answered: 'It was definitely you.'

'Will you accept this rose?' Ash swept the 29-year-old off her feet when he presented her with a rose

Out and about: Ash admitted he and the former Bachelor contestant later caught up in Melbourne for beers

Knowing he was caught out, Ash confessed, saying: 'We had a nice night and we will catch up again.

'She is a nice girl and we are just starting to get to know each other.'

Kate grilled the comedian with questions about what they got up to and where they went.

'It was about 8.30pm, we had a couple of beers,' he told the radio hosts.

Admitting they had headed to the Royal Saxon and The Imperial, Ash revealed they had left at 'normal time'.

'It was dark, it could have been 10pm, it could have been 11pm,' he said. 'We were there until last drinks and then we said our goodbyes...we had a nice night, it was a great time.'

Heather came fourth on The Bachelor this year, losing out on winning Sam Wood's heart to Perth single mother Snezana Markoski.

Altho I do hate... :arghh:

  • the format of how the F2 is led on for our entertainment, to keep us guessing (mainly in the final episode!), too cruel! Tim did it with Rochelle in the final episode (season 1) and now Sam’s done it to Lana.

I really want Shine to change it in future series, or for future bachelors to speak up and say “NO, I’m not leading someone on that way ”.

OR maybe production could simply pay F2 to act the final episode, or bring them in on the charade.

(who cares if some people find the final as boring hell b/c the F1 is obvious, at least some of us won’t be left feeling that we’ve enjoy something that could have caused so much hurt to someone else)
I hate the final two thing too - its only ever going to lead to hurt and noone likes seeing that especially knowing its being set up for OUR entertainment

I would like to see them change to something like the way they do Farmer Wants a Wife ... whittle it down to final 3 maybe then have the final dates with each one ... then ONE gets the knock on the door. No need for desperate disclosures by the girls of their feelings because they don't want to miss out at last minute on a rose ... no one-sided declarations ... and finally we don't see the girls who missed out being humilated on our screens

lastly - good for you to explain your take on things - I agreed with many of your points - to a point :) and thereafter we become sworn enemies and I just can't talk to you anymore ... haha JUST KIDDING - did your jaw drop?

I like to think we're all adults in here and can have different opinions and still respect each other - that's why we come here and not hang on the FB pages <shudder>

:)

Heather was amazing on Studio 10 this morning - an absolute natural and she fitted in perfectly

I get that they have many fans who are interested in the development of their relationship but it's all too cringe-worthy. If my friends carried on about their relationships on social media in this manner I would be rolling my eyes as well. And speaking of the real world, any of my friends who have gushed happily about their relationships during the early days have, without fail, gone on to complain about their partners down the track. I suspect reality TV couples mostly only show off the good though, even if things aren't great behind the scenes they'll put up a front and we'll only get confirmation when a break-up happens - seen this so often with celebrity couples.

I really think Snez and Sam are trying to stay relevant now that the Bachelorette has taken the spotlight off them.

They are carrying on like school kids though.

Next they'll stage a public break up, then they will stage a public bank robbery.
