I am disgusted that these people can be considered as my "peers". Also disgusted they casted such an unappealing Bachelor.

I'm really uncomfortable at this whole Cass thing. She comes across as someone with a very good heart, but foolish to be on the show. I think she is very aware she is being taken advantage of by the Producers, and yet she is still there. Cass will never be able to control the narrative here and I think she'll be hurt in the process. It makes me want to stop watching to be honest.

Has anyone listened to Osher’s podcasts?

No I haven't. I really like Osher, but I'm concerned that his solution for fixing mental health issues is exercise and diet alone. They are obviously really useful tools in managing depression, but for some / many sufferers of depression there are other elements that need to be addressed.Has anyone listened to Osher’s podcasts?
I hope it's just a matter of sound grabs and there is an acknowledgement that mental illness care is complex, but I kind of don't want to listen to his podcasts in case it confirms my fears! (silly I know!)
