When I was kid, we had a big house on a corner, overrun with kids and trees, and nobody else liked trees back then - messy.
As kids, we would try to walk around the house in the trees. bit tricky in spots
And trees - we would just run up the highest tree when in trouble or needing to hide.
Life as a kid would be so odd without trees

...I'm watching it too... that section was quite funny... they're talking about plump models now... I find any woman to be sexy no matter what shape or size that they are... it's what the person is like on the inside that matters... the essence of their souls... that matters the most to me... so plump/overweight models?... Just caught up here.

What a disappointing start - we all knew the moaner would be sent home.

I was pleased to see Tara get a single date and just knew they would suit each other.

Poor Simone seemed terrified to me and I thought she overcame it to do the skydive and deserved the single date afterwards. I think she seems a nice girl and is coming out of this well as she stands up to the bitches.

Ohhh and Matty is SUCH a puppet! ha ha ha
 
"To be continued..." with disappointing anticlimax as expected. Why even bother!

Tara is a bit loud, but I like her enthusiasm and energy, she's a lot of fun.

I think Simone's fear is genuine. You can see right after the jump her face looked really tense before she eventually relaxed. Also um, isn't that the same skydiving company that had an accident recently? So glad I met my partner the normal way, where he finds out that I do have an adventurous side naturally through the course of the relationship without having to force it by doing things I have no interest in, like skydiving!

Elise is a nice enough person I guess but the fishing game didn't do much for me. But Matty clearly appreciates effort, he gave a single date to Florence after her little teaching activity, so well played to Elise for observing that and doing something about it, she's probably scored herself a single date as a result.

Back on topic I was just reading about the latest american bachelorette. I won't say too much in case its a spoiler but definitely the proposal thing seems like it is an expectation. I guess if it maybe you would wanna check out if you are compatible in bed before you popped the question, but that just makes this whole thing so much more weird. No wonder most don't work out over there.

Thanks, my boyfriend took the picture, the teddy bear was a decor/display thing at a restaurant in China. :)

I looked into the American seasons further and interestingly, there is a stronger expectation of a proposal in the Bachelorette than the Bachelor. Not sure why. Another thing that is so wrong to me about the American Bachelorette is that it's still supposed to be the guys who propose? As if the finale isn't already cruel enough for the runner-up!

Poor, big Catholic dysfunctional family.....neighbours hated us, we were like the Ma & Pa Kettle family of the area,outdoors stuff saved us, we spent sun up to sunset running around, our trees and in golf courses yabbying and adventuring.
Mum & Dad both came from country towns, they loved all that kind of life and trees - weird how everyone but us hated trees back then.
Council kept bugging us to rip em out, and Mum kept up a tree campaign her entire life - bugging Councils to plant more, she was before her time in a lot of stuff like that.

I have always defended network 10, I've areas had their back and always said they were better than the other channels. After that pointless "to be continued" crap, however, I am just not sure! It is my favourite channel but now I think they deserve to go bankrupt and out of business and to disappear from our lives forever!

...Channel 10 is my favourite Channel too jessy_girl... I loathe the way that Channel's 9 and 7 do all of that shit and am hoping that this was a 'once off' by Channel 10... I'm so hoping that Channel 10 don't copy the others and become one of them... then I too would turn on them... I've always respected Channel 10 for being above that crap... if they become one of the others just to 'keep pace' with them then they'll lose me too for sure... stay unique Channel 10... don't ever lower yourselves to that level again okay?... cheers.
