why don't we just ring channel 9 head office and ask if big brother is coming back once and for all?
I wouldn't bother. It will just be reception and if they do put you through to the programming department they won't tell you (or maybe even know) anything. They will probably give you the line: we haven't confirmed yet if Big Brother will return to Nine.
The best info we can get is from our insiders (and thank god we are lucky enough to have them) like @Goon. He has confirmed already that there will be no Big Brother in 2015. At least a regular series. He has not posted any info on if a celebrity series is actually on the cards but I'm sure he will let us know when he can.

instead of just wasting time arguing over Big Brothers future on here we can all use our phones and find out from people who actually work there.

To be fair though, @Kingston is right in calling @Heath Loxton a moron after he convinced himself calling Channel Nine would work and they would just hand over unannounced information to a random member of the public.

I was thinking today about how excited I was about BB being revived in 2012.
I was even crazy enough to start counting down to the launch every single day from back in February 2012 because I had a strong feeling it would start the day after the closing ceremony of the London Olympics.
What a utter dissapointment the Channel Nine era turned out to be. The 2013 season wasn't so bad it had a good cast with Tim and that but production and schedule stability wise it was still dreadful. I guess we should be thankful we got adult content for 4-5 weeks with Late Night Feast in that series even though it was so contrived.
Sigh. All this potential the show could have been.

Ardent Leisure, Dreamworld's parent company, is currently advertising for a job vacancy in the role of Promotions Executive. In the list of responsibilities, among others, is "Assist with ticketing for consumer events and Big Brother". Applications for this role close Friday next week.
Is this a HR copy and paste accident (like from using an out of date roles template) or is there a hint of truth to the BB mention?

I don't care what anybody says at this point because I truely believe Big Brother will be back. Maybe not this year but maybe in 2016. I can truly feel that BB is not over and done with jus yet!

Yeah bro, I dont believe it's gone either however whats getting me curious now is, will the bb house be obstructing the coomera project (I forget what they're building lol). A new house would cost more in terms of budget size.
Maybe this is the biggest change in a big brother history? A total change in location!
It is the Coomera Town Centre. But apparently the first stage begins on the opposite side of Foxwell Road to the house. How soon development would cross over to DW's side, I don't know.
