Skye Appreciation Thread

How lovely was Leo on stage, not carrying on about the Ryan crush. He knows she's a good chick and didn't stoop to bad-mouthing her. I hope he maintains that respect during his post interviews.

Skye falling over was pretty scary... She was a good sport like she's been so many times before. Spoiled brat is a bullshit notion that has been run with and cultivated by her jealous, immature detractors. She's reminding me more and more of Vesna and MY GODDDD I fkn loved that crazy biatch!!

She's a darling! Fuck the haters!! I'm all for a Skye/Priya finale. Love them both.

i was getting really annoyed with leo earlier in the episode, and i do think he tried to swing himself the anti-skye vote... but he was a class act on the eviction stage, and he made it pretty difficult to remain angry with him. he is definitely one of the best intruders bbau has ever seen.

skye was her usual kick ass self tonight :) obviously the haters saw a bad edit someplace (dont they always?), but i sure couldnt find it. sweet skye handled the hotseat persecution (both hers and leos), leos sandy vag, head trauma, the constant baiting, and leos eviction flawlessly.

i predict that skye is going to be one of those housemates that is never forgotten. and yes, just like vesna! long after the sams, sandras, jakes, jasons, ryans, etc are looong forgotten, ppl will always remember that one housemate from '14: skye!
 
Leo got a really wistful, rueful look on his face when he saw that footage of Skye telling BB how much she liked him and what good qualities she found in him, and saw the soft expression on her face when she was with him in some of those clips. I wish he hadn't let his dumb friend's unexplained comment put him so off. He'd have still gone home.

Yeah, I just didn't want them to part on bad terms. His exit manner hurt her feelings. But you're right. It will make life easier in there for her in the final stretch anyway. So, all good, really, come to think of it.

Yes, unfortunately there is a lack of time to allow the positive effect of being unattached to kick in. If Leo had been evicted a couple of weeks ago then Skye would have been unstoppable. Look how much of a popularity bounce Travis got after Aisha left.

In my opinion,he had to stick to the 'SKY'S A GREAT GAL' scenario,otherwise he would have being outed as a fake!
Leo changed big time,after his friend appeared on eviction night and his attitude to Sky
became,in the heavily edited version that is,somewhat paranoid and he appeared to do everything to provoke and promote Sky's so called outlandish behaviour,all for his own self promotion...as has his attachment to Sky,has been since he entered the house!
If he was being true to his appearing care and affectionate for Sky,why not promote her,only as a worthy winner
instead of throwing Travis a bone?
All very calculating,I think...actually Sky and Travis work very well,fun wise together! Unfortunately,Leo
dominated most of her time away from that,especially after Aisha left!
But who knows,we all only get to perceive what the producers wanted us to perceive...Sky,hopefully will
win outright! ((*~*))
 
The Skye hate seems to have died down a bit for the minute - people are too busy focussing on nitpicking about every blown-up fantasised excuse they can find for hatred of Priya. I am hoping one of these women takes out the title, one way or another.

I thought the hate for Skye was bad last week, I think it will become much worse after tonight. I need to stay AWAY from the haters!!!

It's swirled back around to Skye again! Preshow, at any rate. It's a maelstrom. I need to stay away, too.

Leo's 'exist manner' was abrupt, I agree but then again Skyr was rather cool and nonchalant in her reaction to Leo being evicted as well. I honestly think she's more relieved than upset that Leo has left as he was dead weight that was dragging her down, good riddance to bad rubbish I say.
